I placed an online order for 3 pizzas. One of which was ordered to be thin crust which this company charges for.... When I got there and they opened the box to show you your pizza, I asked "Thats thin crust?" She looked me in my face and said "yes". That is either a lie because my other 2 pizzas had the same size crust or every pizza they make is thin crust. I have added my photo to better show my explanation. For $50+ I expected better pizza and absolutely no lying. Sad to say I won't be going here again. :(
Pizza is consistently good ?. I really like the option of vegan cheese , Im good with the upcharge for it. Overall we like buying pizza from Scratch, BUT the one thing I just can't get over is the SERVICE CHARGE!, and the more you spend the more it goes up. It's like they are discouraging us from spending more ? .
Vegetarian options: Vegan Cheese , which is very rare for pizzerias to offer.
