Every time I’m in here they have one worker running the entire shop, which is honestly just shameful on management’s end. Wait time’s suffer because of this and I end up waiting 20 minutes for, what are essentially, chicken nuggets and a drink. Every interaction I’ve had with the employees have been wonderful, they’ve been apologetic and super sweet, just severely understaffed.

Honestly the worst boba shop I’ve ever been to. I ordered BBQ fries and it tasted like they bought a bag of frozen fries, then proceeded to microwave it. The boba I got tasted watered down. I don’t see this place staying open for long with the quality of the drink and food.

I really like the drinks here and it’s a really cute place to hang out with friends and study or to catch up. However, every time I come in my ONE drink (taro milk tea) takes over 20-25 mins to make…. Management (if there is any management lol) needs to get it together and properly staff to reduce these waits

I really liked the vibe here, the girl was really nice and the guy that was there went out his way to explain menu and ingredients, I am not really into sugar or salt and I told them to go easy on the sugar and salt, then it was perfect, thanks guys!

Took a long time for the only worker to get to me, she was friendly but very busy. I got the butterfly sparkling drink which was way too sweet for my taste. The taiyaki was super good since I like anything with red bean paste. Free stickers are always nice.

I ordered a Lychee Yakult and a Taro Milk Tea, and it somehow took over 20 minutes to get them. That’s completely unreasonable for drinks that should take five minutes,tops when theres max 8 people here. On top of that, both were watery and lacked flavor(taro milk tea). I used to work in the boba industry, so I know how this process works—and there’s really no excuse for that kind of delay or that level of quality. It’s clear there’s little regard for customers’ time or the drinks being served. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I love the taiyaki here! I got 3 pieces of the nutella flavor and an oolong milk tea with boba which I really enjoyed. The drinks are freshly made and I love how nice the workers are here, I will definitely be coming back!

I come here to study all the time and i always get the passion fruit refresher tea. It reminds me of the ones i always get in my home country and it’s great. The atmosphere is great for studying aswell and the employees are always positive and polite. :D

The taro and purple rice cake is so special. I like it very much. But the vegetable purple rice roll is too expensive and has no special features.
