Every time I’m in here they have one worker running the entire shop, which is honestly just shameful on management’s end. Wait time’s suffer because of this and I end up waiting 20 minutes for, what are essentially, chicken nuggets and a drink. Every interaction I’ve had with the employees have been wonderful, they’ve been apologetic and super sweet, just severely understaffed.
edit: I went back to this location a few times after this post, ignorantly hoping things would be better. I’d honestly like to take back my previous comment about staff being apologetic and sweet. I didn’t get a name but there’s a girl that was working the two times I went in, she messed up my order and refused to take accountability for it. I had it remade and was still disappointed. The quality check is honestly sad and I’m surprised she felt even halfway comfortable giving me the food she did. If you come here and the shorter girl with short colored hair is working, please just walk out. There’s plenty of good boba shops in the same district that you should give a try.

The employee was so sweet but my food took over half of my lunch break to recieve. Then to add insult to injury the popcorned chicken was somehow too hot and cold in the middle with no dipping sause or salt offered for 10ish bucks 12 with a tip. I wanted to give my money to a small business with one person inside. I suddenly understand the tumble weeds and one star reviews. Update: why are there BONES in my sad popcorn chicken?

We used to like this place, but my last two trips here my order has been completely botched and had to be remade a few times and Today, the girl that was working, Did not have the best customer service. Some of these kids don’t even know how to properly prepare the drinks. Not coming back here again

Went there 11/13 around 1 and the young employee there is extremely disrespectful and made me turn around and not order. Owners please get good employees that actually offer good customer service.

They had one guy working until another woman came in, who had major attitude. I had stomach problems after getting boba and threw up. It also smelled terrible. Do not go here.

Honestly the worst boba shop I’ve ever been to. I ordered BBQ fries and it tasted like they bought a bag of frozen fries, then proceeded to microwave it. The boba I got tasted watered down. I don’t see this place staying open for long with the quality of the drink and food.

I really like the drinks here and it’s a really cute place to hang out with friends and study or to catch up. However, every time I come in my ONE drink (taro milk tea) takes over 20-25 mins to make…. Management (if there is any management lol) needs to get it together and properly staff to reduce these waits
They done messed up the popcorn chicken. It used to be crispy and actual chicken. It used to be good and tasty. Just look at this monstrosity.

I really liked the vibe here, the girl was really nice and the guy that was there went out his way to explain menu and ingredients, I am not really into sugar or salt and I told them to go easy on the sugar and salt, then it was perfect, thanks guys!

Took a long time for the only worker to get to me, she was friendly but very busy. I got the butterfly sparkling drink which was way too sweet for my taste. The taiyaki was super good since I like anything with red bean paste. Free stickers are always nice.
