Cheese Danish tastes like the baker didn’t wash their hands/change gloves in between folding doughs. Weird flavors of rosemary, oregano, and lemon? On a cheese danish? Absolutely awful

Have loved Simple Simon's for over two decades. Service can be slow during the lunch time rush. I try and have my order in by 11am and I'm good to go

Delish! Great breakfast spot that’s a 3 minute walk from the Mission Inn - tasty breakfast options including mouthwatering pastries and really good brewed coffee made with freshly ground beans. Make sure you get there early bc by the time we left, there was a long line out the door!

Best sandwich shop in town for over 37 years! Pastrami is to die for. Curry chicken is amazing, and all the pastries are to die for.

Busy for a reason! Food was great. We had the crossaint breakfast sandwich and the 2 egg breakfast. The crossaint was huge, a two-hander for sure. Both delicious! It is right across the street from the Mission Inn. Prices are reasonable, lots of seating, line moves pretty fast. Everyone grabbed a menu at the front counter as we waited. They do online orders if you don't want to wait and have a sign that says wait here for online orders at the front counter.

Simple Simon’s Bakery and Bistro is an absolute gem in Riverside! I ordered the Tuna Swiss Sandwich, and it was perfection – fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. My husband got the BLAAT sandwich, paired with a side of tomato soup, and he couldn’t stop raving about it!

The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is welcoming. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this is the spot to enjoy delicious sandwiches made with care. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed in simple Simon's . As a county worker this place is our go-to spot, but they disappointed us and to top it off when I called to complain, I was asked to email them, and never heard back from anyone or received a refund.

What a great stop! It was packed and I can see why. I got the tuna melt with the potato salad and it was delicious! The staff was also fast and friendly. I highly recommend. We went back the next day for breakfast and it was also delicious!
