Just left from here. This was the worst experience that I've gotten from a star crab. I'm very disappointed because elsewhere customer service is somewhat better. The waitress snatched from me. I let that go. It seemed the whole entire time we were being rushed. I was just so over it. I then try to enjoy my food, was never attentive.had to ask someone else for a refill on water. Super rude told her about herself couldn't apologize. Very disappointing customer service here.

The food is so good. I got 1/2 lb of headless shrimp with corn and potatoes. Although I got my food with the head on them I didn't care it was so good and had a great price. I will definitely be coming back.

The place is nice and clean. The music that was playing in the place was good. It smelled really good in there too. The only thing was there was a bit of a wait because they were busy. The food was good, especially the sauce they used for the seafood. It made the food taste so good.

I ordered the shrimp star with mild garlic butter and it was delicious. Sauce is mild if you're sensitive to heat and like to enjoy your meal like myself it's a perfect blend. The server was really nice and accommodating. The ambiance is nice and I love the sea look and the booths. 10/10
The food is always great here but they really need to get it together with the service , I remember this place never had long waits and now they claim they always short staffed that's why it's always almost 2 hour wait to be seated , and all these empty tables , def need to hire more people . If yall like waiting for 2 hours come and enjoy the wait

The service was terrible, food was mediocre and the seats are so uncomfortable. We came here to celebrate my birthday we waited for an hour and I went up and asked if by any chance they had called us. They said no, I looked at the list they crossed out our name and seated about 8 people after us. They never called or anything. She still had the audacity to say she hadn’t called us yet and I looked at the list pointed at out crossed out name and they seated us. They sat us in booth that was just wood no cushion it was so uncomfortable. They took our order and it was a little spicy so I asked for a refill on water and she took my cup & like 10 minutes later she brought it back. If you know the food is spicy why wouldn’t you keep water handy? The food was ok, not the best the lobster was dry. The scallops were undercooked and the sauce barely had garlic. If you want good Cajun boil go to bag o crab in Rancho Cucamonga. Way better food, service and portions! No idea why this place has so many good reviews it’s not worth the hype.

Honestly just terrible. I did a take out order. I've been here multiple times and it's honestly just a hit or miss. Tonight I decided to order take out from here and my order was missing items. I ordered eggs which is 3 something and I did not receive it. It's an inconvenience. The snow crab was terrible. Hardly any meat. Just a terrible night. The service however was good. The young lady who took my phone order was patient and nice and when I picked up the food she was nice I even tipped her. But the food just not it. I won't be returning.
