If I could give zero stars I would. I am a daily Starbucks customer and went inside to take my daughter to use the restroom. The women working there refused to allow us to go into the restroom. My daughter literally was crying out the door, she is 9years old and this was so ridiculous. Again I go to Starbucks daily. This location has been the worst location I have ever been to in all my years of a Starbucks customer.

It's early morning, I ordered a hot Americano, but got into the car and realized I was too sleepy and still had an hr drive ahead of me and I couldn't drink a hot drink that fast because I would burn myself.
So I went back inside to ask for a cup of ice so I could drink it faster. And they made me an entirely new drink! And let me keep the hot one for later!! SO kind and generous!
Thank you Carrington for offering to make me a new drink (I'm so cheered up--I needed the caffeine assist!). And thanks to Sarah for taking my order and being so friendly!

Ordered a medicine ball, it was given to the vehicle ahead of me. It looked like someone had drank out of it. I thought luckily I ordered a coffee as well. I open up the lid and found nearly half the coffee missing. Not cool Starbucks you need to do a better job.

Don’t go there. They always mess up drinks. If you ask for lite ice they will add extra. If you ask for extra vanilla syrup they will add less. Waste of time and money.
I love this local Starbucks. The employees are always very nice. My only complaint is can you be more gentle on the ice. 😊 I want ice with my coffee not coffee with my ice. Thank you 🙏

I ordered through the drive thru today and my Son had to use the restroom, so after I got my order my husband rushed inside the store and they were discriminated against when a barista with blonde hair told them they could not use the restroom eventhough it was in-service! We told this barista that my Son had to urgently go and that we came from the drive-thru. She still refused to give the code and didn't care! I am extremely disappointed and heartbroken because my Son is only 8 years old and has Autism!!! This is not the type of service that Starbucks is known for! I do not understand how anyone could be so heartless and inconsiderate! I am very upset that my family has to deal with this injustice! Do not come here! Zero stars!

I was on the way to Palm Springs and I was craving a matcha latte. This place had the new powder and version of it.
The matcha latte was delicious and it was the right temperature. An excellent drink for the road and this was a solid Starbucks location.
I’d definitely come back here again for their other menu items.
