Overall great place. The service is always quick, polite and friendly and the drinks? Well you all know what Starbucks is. Today I had quite a strange experience tho. I asked for hot green tea with honey. And the barista(I've never seen this guy before) had me repeat my order like.. 3 times? I know I have accent, but it neverhappened to me before. Anyway I paid for the order and quickly forgot about it. Until like a minute later another guy asked me what did I order. Like I've already paid for the order and you don't know what I ordered. Why accept payment then? I repeated the order that was still "hot green tea with honey" he told me it wasn't on the menu, although I had been ordering it for the last 2 weeks with no issues. I ended up giving up cause I didn't want to come out as rude and my social anxiety started making me feel uncomfortable and just told "give me any hot tea you have" and ended up drinking black tea with no honey. It's not the end of the world, but it made me feel I was speaking chinese the entire time and i felt insecure about my English first time in 2 years.

Bad experience! I ordered Espresso Frappuccino with double shots and I said no cream on the top. When I got my order I received a Gr Frapp with a huge cream on the top. This thing took me $7.75 and just ruined my day!

The girls who were working 12/16/2022 @ 11am were very disrespectful and mumbling, and being immature when I asked to change my drink oat milk when the cashier mistakenly took the order. If your employees paid attend while taking orders, there wouldn’t be mistakes. And I wouldn’t receive an attitude either.

Consistency issues. Baristas are annoyed if there is something wrong with a drink and has to be made again. Every time, my drink is made with a full cup of ice even after asking for light ice. Positive is the location to campus.

I’ve worked as a barista before so if I noticed a cup was this empty, I would make more and not even think about giving it to the customer. I got a tall so I literally finished my drink in a few minutes.. On top of that, this was $5.25 ?

I ordered a small side of heavy cream and I got a full cup of heavy cream which I was charged 70 cents for. That's a good deal for heavy cream if I needed a full cup of cream which I didn't. Wife ordered a caramel frappuccino no whip. She got a front frappuccino with whip, almost no caramel.
Parking: Parking was somewhat far from the Starbucks.
