I use to go 2-3 times a month in the last 2 yrs, I did a MOBILE ORDER for cinnamon dolce & ham & Swiss crossiant. My coffee was ready & i still was waiting for the crossiant & it was busy, so I waited 15 mins then I asked for it, then I waited Patiently till 43 mins I was annoyed by now & I told one of the employees & she said she would REFUND ME & NEVER DID. I wasn't rude at all. I should of waited to get proof or a receipt but I had to get to work at the Hospital up the street. I waited for 2 days & called left my name & # & then I waited another day & nobody reached out so I called again. STILL nobody reached out for my Refund & it's been 2 months. Really unprofessional. I usually like their service & the drinks I order are good & I tip all my orders. Never again did I go back

I ordered the iced apple crisp oatmilk shaken espresso and I wanted to weep it was so good. Like tasting fall in my cup, whoever was there this morning is a 10/10. I rarely go to this Starbucks but I think I'll go more often because I've never had a bad experience here and today was exceptional
