I LOVE THIS LOCATION! I travel all over S. Calif. as a sales rep, so I am stopping at different SBUX. THIS location is so consistent..the drinks are rich and perfect every time! UNLIKE many other locations. Also very friendly, as I have a dog that goes with me and they always are so friendly to my dog. The crew here needs to be recognized! GREAT JOB! I come every single day...it just makes my day.

My last experience here I came with my family and they made my drink wrong and then argued with me that “that is what I ordered”. I have friends and family come to this location daily and I have to say the staff here are very rude. They complain and give attitude if you have a large order. Not to mention they are always giving us a hard time about getting a cup of ice….
I don’t recommend this location they make drinks wrong too often and are not friendly.
The customer service needs to be improved ASAP.

I would first like to say that my family and I come here often, at times daily and spend $50+ each visit for our family! Typically the service is great, however this particular visit was not great and VERY unprofessional!!! I went through the drive through and the woman taking my order was very pleasant and asked if that was it? I replied yes thank you and she said see you at the next window. All fine! What was not fine was her partner who didn’t know she was unmuted goes, “Ugghhh I hope that’s it!” 🤬 How rude and unprofessional. I politely asked her to cancel my order and moved to the window to let her know how rude and unprofessional that was. Her reply… I didn’t mean it. 🤔 You meant it you just didn’t mean to have your mic on. We have not returned since and will not be returning. We will take our large orders elsewhere. I hope something is done about this. Starbucks is expensive and better service is needed. Who knows what’s being said with the mics off. So disappointing!

This Starbucks consistently skimps on ingredients and the drinks do not taste as good as any of the other locations I’ve been to. Go to The Van Buren and Wood location or near the airbase, Even the Albertsons Starbucks is better than this one. 1/10 last resort

We had the pleasure of using the drive-thru and Parker was working the window. He was so friendly and professional while taking the order, even though it was a multi-drink with add-ons, and he was amazingly cheerful at the window. His smile was genuine and he was so thoughtful. By far the best service I have received at any Starbucks.

This is my go to Starbucks I go here every morning. I just went on the drive thru and made my order as usual. The person taking our order was nice and friendly. However, I got a wrong item in the order. I went to the front and nicely asked someone if they could fix the issue. I understand people make mistakes I did not mind an exchange. The guy that talk to me is always nice to me he offered to fix the issue and said to keep the other item. I’m not sure if the manager came out or the person that took the order they came out to give me the right item, as she very rudely and with a fake smile took the other item away and shut the window very hard on me! I did not mind an exchange but she was very rude to me and slammed the window in my face. Not to mention the item they gave me costed more than what I asked for. I paid extra for what I actually got. I don’t think people in had negative spirits should work in customer service positions. Everyone else is so nice and kind at that location. Her attitude really threw me off. They need to do better, if they’re having a bad day they don’t need to take it out on a customer specially when it was their own mistake. Also she gave me and overly hot item I’m not sure if purposely but I burnt my hand when grabbing it.

I placed a mobile order today ahead of time, so when I got there I would just go pick it up. However, I waited over 15 minutes for my order so, when I finally got my order, my sandwich was cold and my drink was not made properly. This isn’t the first time I have came to this location and when I order something it is made wrong, I let it go, but I called and I talked a to a young lady and i explained to her what was wrong with my drink and basically told me it was my fault for waiting too long. As if i have control over the wait… with that being said i am extremely dissatisfied with the quality and service here. This is a reoccurring issue, so I will be avoiding this Starbucks location and will be letting my friends and family know to avoid this location as well.

As with every Starbucks location, drinks are not made consistently. This location just did a small "remodel" and it's horrible. This location has no indoors for customers. There were two windows, one for ordering and one for pick up/mobile orders. Now there is only one window for everything and it is in a location where the employees can't even see you standing there. Every time I've gone in the evening for a mobile pick up, I've stood there up to 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged at the window. The staff have also said its a bad set up because they can't see customers. There needs to be a call button. There used to be a call button at the old window but employees said it was removed because it was "annoying."
Additionally, the new set up has it so the lines are in the way of the limited outdoor seating. Why should mobile orders have to wait in the same line as those still waiting to order? We do mobile orders to get in and out efficiently and this one window set up is a fail.

Went to Starbucks this morning 7/25/24 and ordered 3 drinks. NONE of which came out right. They initially gave us the wrong order and were bothered that they did that. They then make the “right” drinks and they’re still not right. We ended up taking the drinks and leaving anyway because we didn’t have time to go thru the process yet again. The attitudes were high there this morning. I won’t be back. Posting what we ordered and what we got. The two pink ones are supposed to be the same drink and aren’t even the same color. The matcha one was just straight matcha, no foam or anything.
