They are always out of stuff. My drink is usually wrong. You have to ask for sleeves on very hot drinks. Ran out of key ingredients a few times. I hate when I have to go to this location.

I brought a friend to the Starbucks. I always tell her that it’s delicious here and she ordered a caramel macchiato from one of the supervisors Lucino he was extremely rude and unconcerned about what she wanted which was the drink not milky and could not taste coffee he rudely made her another which was worst she asked for a shot of espresso In it and he said he would only refund it we asked for a manager and he said he was the manager on duty I then told him his representation of this place is very bad and he never apologized or asked how he could help also the girl with the black bob haircut also would not remake drink for us she said that was not her station as for the moment? wow pretty sad at the fact that I use to pay 30 dollars a day at this store as I work near by but they lost a customer

I might be biased but even before I started working here all the baristas were super nice to me and were always super considerate. Seriously they are like mega talented and it's a great place to work. I am also addicted to chai.

Awful customer service. I work at starbucks at a different location and can't believe how wildly different it is here. I asked for oat milk in my chai, they forgot to put it on the sticker, so I politely asked if I could have it remade with oat milk. The barista lied and said it was made with oat milk (the color and taste said otherwise). I know as a barista we make the drinks based on what the sticker says. If the sticker doesn't say oat milk then why would it be made with oat milk? It was clear that he was lying and just wanted me to stop bothering him, even though I was being extremely polite, I always treat fellow food service workers with tons and tons of respect, as I know how difficult customers can be. He was incredibly rude from the very beginning and needs to learn how to treat people kindly let alone customers.
