So I ordered ahead of time for my moms viewing services. You see she recently passed away. I got the notification my order was ready for pick up 5 minutes or so ahead of schedule. My original pick up time 4:11pm so I was happy about that. I got to the store and was met with an I’m working on it. Ok but really it had just been started. Why say it’s ready when it’s not. Didn’t leave the store until 15 minutes later. The cashier was taking her time and had a very cold demeanor. Today of all days is not the day to be late with a service and on top of that have poor customer service skills.

These guys are great to me. I frequent there and they great you by name all the time. One of the girls Jasmin starts making my drink when she sees me walk in when she has time and always with a smile she’s amazing. I would take her to my star bucks if I owned one. These people are always great I don’t k ow why the bad reviews. I never use the drive through I always go inside and I never order online for pick up. That may be why I get great service and it helps to be a regular. Once we had an issue with the coffee it was weak as I always get an add shot and they made it 4 times until it came out right and I left $a 100 bill in the box for them. They deserve it. Owner : you better be taking care of them.

Stopped at this Starbucks on my way home. The coffee was really light (too much milk) so I asked for a re-make and even the remake was light and the coffee looks orange. No coffee flavor.

Dont normally like this starbucks. There espresso doesnt come out strong compared to every other Starbucks around here. I usually get 3 shots with pumkin cold foam but when I came here it didnt even look like there was any shots of espresso so I went to a different on ill post picture you'll be able to see the difference. This is prob one of my least favorite starbbies in riverside. Went to a different Starbucks and the drink was 10 times better looked completely different.
Youll be able to tell in the picture...you guys need to make sure your shots are pulling correctly. How does one drink taste and look completely different when they are the same.

Great staff. Super helpful an kind. Clean area. Only downside to this place is the horrible parking situation. Parking is a nightmare unless you get lucky . And if the drive through backs up it blocks half the parking spaces from getting in or out.

I always order same thing at any Starbucks I live far from this location but stop to get a quick coffee I ordered vanilla beam with two Expresso shots add caramel and it taste more like milk than anything they should use their measurements you can tell when a barista just eyes it or doesn't do it right very dissatisfied.
employee was very rude with an attitude kept looking at us when we were just sitting down she was an American employee and we are Mexican so we thought it was weird and we also were putting more sugar into a tea we ordered which had no sugar and she stoood at the counter and just watched and gave us dirty looks and afterwards said you have to leave we’re closed it was 9:00 they close at 1:30 and opened the door and waited out there for us to leave / felt like she was kicking us out
