Fav starbucks but def can be a bit cleaner. Morgan is my favorite Barista! She gives the best customer service!!!

This is hands down the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The service is exceptional thanks to Tanya. She really goes above and beyond for her customers and gets to know everyone. She makes you feel welcomed and can turn a bad day into a great one. Everyone here works hard to push out orders as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of the drinks. They power through the morning rush like champs and keep the restaurant clean and orderly. I feel better every time I come here and am so thankful for their kindness. The customers here are also amazing as the regulars say hello to everyone and the dining area is filled with laughter and smiles. Thank you Tanya and thank you everyone here at Starbucks for being one of the best parts of this neighborhood.

I asked for a cup of water and was told they only give water to paying customers. I am fasting and didn’t want to order anything…. This is not okay. This encourages me to never buy from Starbucks again thank you for showing your true colors in my time of need

The barista never remember your order. I sit here and watch five or six other people get their orders after me and they did not even mobile order. Then I finally get my order and it’s usually wrong. The app did not work today. Their phone number did not work today, but the app clearly states that if you’d like to come to the Starbucks in person, they are open and will gladly take your order. They are in fact not open. They are closed today so just goes to approve that this Starbucks just has horrible communication with its customers and doesn’t care if they have an inconvenience staff here is young And would rather giggle and have gossip behind the counter then focus on taking care of customers that need to get in and out. Always have a problem at this Starbucks only. It just sucks because it’s the closest one to my house.

I have spent thousands of dollars at Starbucks but especially at this location due to work being around the corner and my kids school being close. SO many times I do mobile orders before work or we all go after school...today it being 96° degrees outside my 12 year old walked to my work and stopped at startbucks on his way, he went inside for a cup of water and was denied a basic cup of water unless he paid for something. He didn't have anything on him so he had to go back outside in the heat. Like what type of policy is that? When is it okay to deny children water no matter what temperature it is outside. For all the money we spend and how much money you guys charge for a simple drink, the greed to deny a child water is unreal. Im going to empty my rewards and deactivate my membership and no longer be a customer at Starbucks and will now order my coffee and drinks from another company.

Best Starbucks in the area. Drinks taste good

Place was calm, clean, and people nice. I got a medicine break since the weather is cold (rainy) and a ham & cheese croissant both were delicious. Also bought 2 cups on sale.

Recently started visiting this location a couple months ago and have had great interactions with workers Will and Angel. They are sweet, and both go above and beyond to help others; I always see them cleaning and restocking which is a huge plus! People that take time out of their work day to ask how you’re doing is never expected but always nice :) I’m sure the rest of the staff is great, too. I also had the pleasure of meeting the store manager, Tanya. She was also very kind and you can tell she cares about her store! My vanilla sweet cream cold brew is ALWAYS perfect (sorry, can’t say that about many stores cold brew..) & I will definitely keep coming back to this location.

Side note: lobby can be busy with school mornings, be prepared to wait a little. And the new blackberry sage is delicious with 1/2 lemonade 1/2 water!

Parking: Lots of parking, but with there being other businesses in the plaza, the lot can get full on weekends

I hate these lids that aren't securely on these cups. 2nd time I burned myself 😡. I MERELY was placing my cup in the cup holder and it popped open, coffee all over the middle of console and my right hand. Ouch!! I'm so over this place now.

The customer service was just rude infact I felt like they wanted me gone

For not having a drive thru, this location's service and attentiveness is incredibly poor.
I ordered pastries and was forced to wait while customers who ordered after me received their freshly made drinks first.

Had I not spoken up, I would probably still be waiting.

The people that work here are always super sweet and have a really nice attitude! They have never messed up my order either!
