Located on Van Buren Blvd & Wood Rd in a small shopping center. I went during rush hour so it was a bit hectic with parking and street traffic. This is a smaller location but has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. No drive-thru.Today, I ordered an 'Iced White Chocolate Mocha'...it was made perfectly and super fast regardless of how busy it was. Service was ok. The store was clean and organized with plenty of store merchandise for the holidays.Overall, I had a good experience at this location.

I love this place because it's close to my high school and if my friends wanted to go to Starbucks this is the perfect place but some days its crowded. I am also going to high school next year so this is a perfect place to go to after school. My favorite drink is the mango dragon fruit refresher so good would recommend.

Wood Road & Van Buren location is like home to me and my family. We have been customers since it open. There were times when I had to ask to have my coffee made over because it was not done right and when that happens it's always when a new person is in training, that I do understand. Overall we enjoy the employees as well as the regular customers. One of the employees that has waited on us from day one is Blanca. She knows how to make our coffees at all times. Thank you to the Manager Tanya and all of the employees for doing your best to serve the customer. I'll see you tomorrow

March Spring

It’s in a great location, very convenient to run in and grab a coffee. It is a good spot to wait for my kids while they are at their activities nearby. There is outdoor seating. The prices have gone up very quickly and it has become the main reason I don’t go there more regularly. The staff are really nice and friendly but quick coffee orders that the cashier normally handles are in the queue for the baristas making specialty drinks. So there can be a wait when it becomes busy.

Usually love this place and have always greeted with friendly workers. Today i politely told the barista that the last three times I've ordered an Ice Matcha it's had so much ice in it that I'd get barley any drink. She was polite and said she'd make me a tall with no ice to add to my drink. Great solution. No problem. Until from what i think was the manager, came up in a defensive way questioning me in a rude way and demanding me to give him my drink and told me i need to order it different as it was my fault as he acted like a snob and walked away as i was talking. I'm disgusted how i was treated. To the man working on June 6 around 2pm. You should be retrained in customer service!

They put a ridiculous amount of ice in their drinks. I needed a quick pick me up and decided that starbucks would be perfect. My drink was 90% ice. There probably wasn't even enough to even fill their smallest sized cup. Unfortunately, it wasn't even enough to give me the pick up I needed so I ended up making coffee at home. Definitely ask for light ice if I ever go back.

When we ordred the blonde chick's service was okay. We ordered a water cup for my little sister and it took 20 minutes to get. And we wouldn't have gotten it if we didn't confront her and ask for it again. The total 11 dollars and some cents. Its been an hour and 30 minutes still no order. Mind you we are African-American people and everyone who got their order was white or anything other than black.

this is my go to location because i've never had issues with my drinks not tasting as expected, always easier to mobile order for quickness while I arrive, BUT this morning was not very pleasant when i arrived to pick up my order, Lorena was very rude and not very approachable, over the simplest things she would answer impolite, if it was for Lorena I would rate 0 stars,
