Customer service from Daniel with the worst actually he/she didn't speak a word not greeting not asking for the order nor smile or anything.. got me to the point of wondering if I ordered something wrong! So I asked, are you ok? What's wrong you don't want to do the drink? He replied waving his/her hand (No I'll do it)!! I even said thank you at the end, he/she looked at me and didn't answer! The drink was the worst $8 that I ever paid.

Even though you can use your app to purchase in the store they do not do the promotions. So you don't get credit if you have a challenge and they don't accept Starbucks coupons for half price days.

Parking: The drive thru is a bit too close to the in front of the store parking and when there is a line it is difficult to back out. But it is good that they share a parking lot with Sprouts Market and there is enough parking spaces
