Even though you can use your app to purchase in the store they do not do the promotions. So you don't get credit if you have a challenge and they don't accept Starbucks coupons for half price days.

My drink was made quickly and tasted goodParking: The drive thru is a bit too close to the in front of the store parking and when there is a line it is difficult to back out. But it is good that they share a parking lot with Sprouts Market and there is enough parking spaces

I have NEVER given starbucks a bad review and mind you I am a member and buy starbucks every single day from many locations but till today I had my first bad experienceAll I wanted to do was pay for a tumbler but the 2 associates there were helping only ONE customer at a time... why have TWO associates to only help 1 person at a time... when I told the girl when I was next all I was doing was paying for a tumbler not getting a drink she said "it doesn't matter it's only one person at a time." I was so upset I left the tumbler there and left... I literally had my scan and pay ready it was literally going to take them ONE MINUTE to help me but they decided to be lazy and still not help... if your only going to help ONE person at a time I'd understand if it was only one associate but there was TWO which is what upset me that they just wanted to be LAZY!!!

Usually good... buuuuut I had a coffee that definitely had missing espresso. Milky af. So I called and I was assured even if I couldn't make it that day they would replace it and for free. I go in to replace it and I'm met with a different answer. Like I get it, when i first came in and they messed it up it was busy, pandemic staffing is hard but dude. What is remaking my coffee gonna cost you? Just f****** replace my coffee. Just because "what if I drank the entire drink? They don't know" type answer. I did not drink my milk with ice and a splash of coffee it was nasty af
