I came in for a coffee and a sandwich. But I want to used restroom first and place my order. Cashier didn't want to give me the code until I place my order. I made my order in a rush because I really need to go to the restroom. I didn't want 😕 to order that. 😕 never stopping at this store. This is the fist Starbucks that I had bad service. I drive all day and I always stop at your location

I love this Starbucks! The staff is so friendly, especially in the drive-thru. Eliot (tall, long brown hair) is also so friendly and helpful, I'll drive out of my way sometimes to come to this Starbucks because it's seriously that much better <3

Open It Already
Drive thru worker here tonight was rude for no reason. The only words that she said was the total and we went out of our way to thank her multiple times and tell HER to have a good night. We gave her better service and we were the ones spending money. I'll go to another location next time. This is a reminder as to why I avoid this location even though it's more convenient for me to come here. The Arlington location up the street is better.

The employees here have a privileged state of mind they expected it before they provide a service if you do not tip them online you will not get a cup insulator in a half cup of coffee great job Starbucks staff... Don't try to call and rectify the situation they won't answer the phone and just hang up on you

I had a friend go through the drive thru to place an order , I do have a custom order I like to drink I sent him a screen shot from the Starbucks app to make sure everything was clear & understood . HOWEVER . the employees here didn’t care to take the time to stop & listen to the order . They became annoyed & had someone else finished taking the order & ended up giving him whatever they wanted . Ordering a custom drink is stressful enough, now imagine having someone make that process a whole lot more stressful just because they get annoyed of having to do a custom drink .

Todays visit was not good. As I pulled up to get my order, I wasn't greeted at all. The guy was to engage in conversation about Janet Jackson rather than saying anything, but "I can't reach your screen. I asked for a straw and still didn't say anything. I don't think I will return there again.
