The barista, Gabriel, was super nice and helpful. I was a little unsure about what I was ordering, but he helped make sure it turned out great and I think I have a new go-to order at Starbucks now. I always have a good experience at this location

Stop by today for a coffee and they always shorten you on the coffee, if I’m paying almost $7 for a venti coffee I expect it to be filled to the top. The lady at the window was nice but it seems like they rush you out of the line.

Came inside to order at 8:57 pm, employee tells me she can’t take my order and to go to the drive thru. Why couldn’t she take my order 3 minutes prior to closing?
Love Starbucks. They are always so nice to me. I visit 3 different locations depending on what I need to get done that day. They know my name in every location. They even know my birds

Super disappointed on my visit to this Starbucks I made an mobile order at 4:09pm today and didn't get my order till 4:29! Waited 20 min for my order and had to come back cause they forgot to give me my cheese Danish 😫 super upset with this time experience
Messed up my order the first time, made my drink after very poorly, and had to wait maybe 30 minutes to get it...Get better workers!!
In the afternoons there is a girl who is in such a bad mood all the time. One day I asked her if my drink had lemonade, and her response was, what does the label say? I said water and she just said OK so that's it and turned away. Since that day she always makes me wait up to 15 minutes for my drink, not if there are people or not. I always order ahead of time and she always makes me wait. I have to change my name on the app just so she doesn't know what my drink is.

I went this morning at 6am and placed an order for 4 drinks for a team meeting I had. I had a star bonus going on and 3 of my drinks that I ordered qualified for the bonus. When they charged me I noticed I didn’t get the bonus and I was confused on why. I messaged the chat and the chat said I didn’t have any qualifying drinks.. I was confused because I just bought 3 that would’ve qualified… I finally get to the office and hand out the drinks just to realize EVERY SINGLE DRINK IS WRONG. Literally every single one. So then I look at my receipt and the girl charged me for all the wrong drinks . So I message the chat to get a refund or something and they tell me I have to drive to the store. The store is 20 mins out of my way. So I take the drinks back 20 mins out of my way just to get my money back. No drinks remade for the hassle or anything. Literally just my money back and the wasted gas of having to go back and forth.
Today I got the best customer service by Angel. I have a lot going on today that my brain went blank so I explain to Angel and we manage to get everything that I need it.

Whats the deal with no liquid cane anymore? much better sweetner foe the green tea. Asked for extra carmel no whipped cream on my carmel crunch, I gor no carmel and whipped cream. You know why you don't go through the drive, through? They F you at the drive through.
No time to go back since we stopped on our commute.

I ordered 2 drinks through the app. and I arrived 15 mins afterwards and had to wait an additional 20 mins. I asked them if it is ready yet, and was told it would be done in a few mins. I was given 1 drink, and 1 snack. 10 mins later, i was given my 2nd drink. By then my snack was cold, and I asked for a new one. When she gave it to me, she flung it across the counter clearly annoyed, while I was patiently waiting. Order in the app 645. Arrived at store 7. Left store at 725. Wow. I could understand if it was busy, but it wasnt.
