Nice place. They have a sign saying that it’s a military family store. The only thing that was strange was they do not give military discount.

First and foremost, the lack of customer service here and customer engagement is far beyond belief. It makes you question whether you’re at a different coffee chain bc these employees are not bothered by us the customers. You sure were able to engage with each other but the customers mean nothing to you, I’m honestly appalled and I have stopped by my mum coffee from here bc it’s almost as if you as the customer is getting in their way. Working there does not mean hang out spot . I just can’t believe the lack of professionalism and care. Speaking non sense about how they got to reserve hk cups.

I use to come to this location a lot and they made really good drinks but recently their drinks are getting worse and worse. I ordered a matcha and it’s flavorless and tastes disgusting , the color looks off, and there are milk chunks at the bottom I don’t know if it’s because they use expired milk or what. Hopefully the drinks start gaining their quality again.

I do not feel comfortable at this location because the franchisee (owner) is always in the customer seating area having meetings, and she constantly looks at me, which makes me very uncomfortable.

The coffee here is consistently excellent—it's our office's go-to spot! We really appreciate the friendly service and the consistently high quality. Thank you for keeping us fueled and happy!

Great place to meet with family

Needed a break from my long drive so decided to stop here. Barista didn't take my name. Saw a few people waiting long for their order as well. Baristas just placed drinks and food on the counter without a word. Waited for my drink a good 10-15 min until she asked what I was waiting for. Took what seemed to be my bread on the counter since it was sitting there for 10 minutes. Won't be returning to this location.

The spinach feta wrap was mushy and tasted like someone's perfume. My caramel crunch frap tasted rancid like the almond milk went bad. Had to throw it away. The americano I got tasted even worse and didnt have extra ice like I requested. What is going on lately. Just horrible. Can never be consistent and make the drinks the same each time. 🥴
