Went through the drive thru, and the barista was extremely rude, and when we got our order, it was wrong they didn't even add the things I asked for then I asked for a water and she rolled her eyes at me. They need to do a better job

The food service and drinks are always going to Starbucks. The reason I gave it a low for the atmosphere is because a couple ladies sitting right next to me had their laptop going with a video call or something it was very noisy and inconsiderate in my opinion

Went through drive through and got my Mocha coffee. As I'm finishing up the drink heading home to Arizona I heard something in my cup. Opened it up to find piece of the machine in my drink. I'm sure the employee must of know something was missing and didn't say anything 🙄

Always the most delicious coffees. I have 2 other Starbucks much closer to my home but I will go out of my way to go to this location. They are so sweet and the best customer service. My orders are usually complicated and they always make them perfectly. Thank you so much!!!

Always friendly, the baristas get my complicated drink order right 99% of the time, and the rare occasion they DO get it wrong, they are always very gracious about remaking the drink (even if I tell them they can just take the whip cream off or whatever…they always make me a fresh drink. But again, that rarely happens. The place isn’t much for atmosphere or hanging out, but I’ve met w a prospective employer to interview at this location and it was just quiet enough to do this without much distraction

I ordered a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade Refresher through the drive thru and then found out after leaving to get back onto the freeway that they messed up my order and made the drink with water instead of lemonade. That was not refreshing at all... 🥺
