I have been to this location 3 times total (my mistake) because I thought maybe it was a one time thing. I have always gotten burnt coffee, it was so bitter I threw it away, I am never coming back. This location is the most inconsistent and low quality, I am amazed it is still in service.

I ordered a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade Refresher through the drive thru and then found out after leaving to get back onto the freeway that they messed up my order and made the drink with water instead of lemonade. That was not refreshing at all... 🥺

I was asked to leave and wait outside with my dog. She was dress cute with a jacket in the rain but she is a service dog for my medical condition. I waited in the car well my daughter whent in to get our order and the lid was not on properly and spilled when she picked it up off the counter. Now one helped to pick it up and just looked at her. My daughter then went straight to the manager and they remaid her drink but no one help clean it up. Worse customer service we had at Starbucks. We also had to go back in 2 more times because they forgot our cake pop and pup cup.

Burned my left hand. I picked up my Americano, requested a topper which they placed on the cup. I saw them placing lid on the cup and I thought it was nice and secure. But minutes later, I merely picked up my cup and took the topper off, when my drink spilled and I ended up burning my left hand. The cup was doubled up, the lid didn't fit securely because of this. So there I am, with half empty cup and burned left hand. I'm so mad right now. I'd call the store, but I really don't want just a replacement. I need extreme safety and ensuring adequate supplies so my lid doesn't pop off and my very hot drink doesn't spill over. Again, not the best experience today.

They took like over 15 minutes to make my small frappucino. The girl who made it was pretty. That's why I gave two stars instead of one.
Went through the drive thru today (Friday) at 5:30 pm and there was a car in front of me, I heard the barista being really nice and friendly to them through the speaker. When it was my turn she was being really rude and was just really rude asking me what else I needed. I felt discriminated.
