The one star is being generous. I have purchased drink from here on multiple occasions. About 2 weeks ago I purchased a venti caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino, with coconut milk and no whip cream. She makes the drink and proceeds to use regular milk because there wasn't any coconut milk. Wrong move number 1 it needed to be coconut or almond because the drink was for someone else. But what disturbs be is she didn't bother to ask if the regular milk can be used. And topped it with whip cream which I also did NOT ask for. She had an attitude when I told her she made the drink wrong but on the cup it was written correctly. So I'm not sure why she felt the need to make it the way she did. And although she made it completely wrong I was still polite with her. Secondly she tried to charge me again for the correct drink. Negative. Now second I asked for a venti matcha green tea frappuccino with whip cream and she used almond milk and forgot the whip cream. So it seems like she just mixed up the orders. Instead of an apology for the error she had an attitude the whole time and tried to double charge me. I replied and stated that at this point my drinks or at least one should be free or you can return return my money due to the errors and I will not take neither drink. Needles to say I took my money and went to a different locatin with wonderful service. Today, the second experience was just as bad. I ordered a greet tea frappuccino with whip. The older women there gave me a green tea late. I told her I asked for a frappuccino and she told me I didnt. And told me if you dont want the drink you can have your money back. I showed her my receipt and on it It stated FRAPPUCCINO. Once again no apology just rude customer service. So now i get my drink it had no sugar and ice chunks throughout the whole drink and no whip. One of the other ladies witnessed that it wasn't made right and made it over. They older lady who had may my drink wrong the first time yelled at her and asked why she is remaking the drink. She didn't ask for 2 and if she did she needs to pay for another. Is what she said. Now at this point a customer behind me had been waiting to order had left and stated that she didn't want her drink made with anger. Lol soo about 15 minutes later I now have the correct drink. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and go again, but I will not be ordering drinks from this location anymore. If may have been the time of day I went where they may have been tired and ready to go home. I understand things get mixed up and mistakes are made, but the rudeness needs to stay at home.

The service is efficient and friendly. Drinks were good, wonderful location and enough space to hangout. Thanks for the services, I had an awesome time.

Ok rant alert. If you have a few hundred customers going into target... you can count on a decent percentage stopping at Starbucks. Not to mention the people who come in solely for Starbucks. The place is a goldmine target! Stop being so stingy with the labor force you have behind the counter. One employee trying to keep up with a neverending flow of customers? I saw someone else milling about in the back one time in 10 minutes and was out of eyesight for the other 9 minutes and 56 seconds. Every drink is a 5 dollar bill, put some staff back there and punch up the service. I'm disappointed.
