I’ve been coming here for a while, and while I enjoy the place, they consistently put way too much ice in my drinks. It waters them down too quickly, and I end up getting less of the actual drink. I’d love to see an option for less ice without having to specifically ask every time.

I went through the drive thru and placed an order for an oatmeal shaken expresso (Iced). I received the wrong drink so I went inside and asked for the correct order. The two workers looked very annoyed and the girl took a long time to make my drink even though it wasn't very busy. Once I got my drink and tasted it, the drink was horrible ?. I had my spouse go back in because this time I was annoyed. The very nice worker who was a man even agreed that the drink looked strange with all this excessive oatmeal inside the cup. Thankfully he made my drink correctly but the two young ladies were rude and lazy. I never had a had experience with this location until today.

This location is the only location I’ve been to that does not provide electrical outlets they were all closed off.

Mgr said we could not order via app. She said they were short staffed so they turned it off. Bummer, I almost ordered our drinks 30 miles away. And no one was in libe and only a few in drive thru. I missed my pts ? because of that. Very frustrating that they turned it off. We spent precious time with her when I wanted to spend it with my sister

They'll repeat your order back to you and still get it wrong. With it being slow, and overstaffed. SmhEdit: One on Van Buren has better service and makes drinks with a lil razzle dazzle
