Came here for a quick coffee, and it somehow managed to fall short of even the lowest expectations. From start to finish. I used to love this place, but something has changed for the worse. The coffee used to be rich and flavorful, but my last few visits have been a huge disappointment. My Americano today was weak and watery, completely lacking the robust flavor I expect. The friendly service that was once the hallmark of this shop is also gone, replaced by a cold, transactional attitude. It's a shame, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Asked the girl to remake my drink as she did not get it right thru the drive thru I waited an additional time to get new ones and still didn’t get what i asked for . She didn’t even take the time to make new ones and seems extremely rude to take the time to make sure I got what IM PAYING FOR. I asked for a brown sugar shaken espresso with 2pumps white mocha and pumpkin cold foam & got the exact opposite and super milky as well.

I am having a very emotional day and came in for a venti iced carmel macchiato and was greeted so caringly. Chole took my order, i said hopefully it is good because some of the other starbucks make my drinks and they are not always tastey. Chole said we will make it with Love. I said well i hope so because I could really appreciate the love. She said well i will put it on there, special instructions. 🫂 Thank you Chole. It Really means alot.

I’ve been coming here for a while, and while I enjoy the place, they consistently put way too much ice in my drinks. It waters them down too quickly, and I end up getting less of the actual drink. I’d love to see an option for less ice without having to specifically ask every time.
Customer service was bad the lady had low energy I actually prefer the Starbucks in vons at the plaza Their Customer service is top tier and drinks bomb too

Asked for extra pumps of mocha in my mocha cookie crumble since this is what I was told makes the drink sweeter tastes like nothing but ice not sweet either 😩 can’t even drink it’s so thick waste of money!
