These employees don't have a sense of having a humanitarian exception for certain mitigating situations, especially the poor and homeless. The way they talk and profile, the unfortunate, it's very terrible and appalling. I myself asking for a couple ice water was denied. Shame on management shame on you. No cup of ice, this guy. Didnt even get his name but big kid with glasses. Nerdy looking. Couldn't even charge me a cup of ice. I didn't need a complimentary cup of ice. I asked to get charged he declined he said there only complimentary with a purchase. I didn't mind to get charged for even a drink just needed a cup of ice. This is ridiculous. I have gone to so many starbucks. Always free without a purchase. Hope the have better management, maybe there running out of cups or ice. Dont know But this has never happen to me. I figured I shared my experience.

Ralphie is the best! He is very sweet and just full of energy. He goes above and beyond what other of his coworkers need to learn from him. He is always giving options when there is an item out of stock. Ralphie is the main reason I come to this Starbucks. Thank you Ralphie for everything you do. You are an AMAZING person.

Just like every Starbucks, they charge $8 for a cold brew but half of it is water that they add to it.
I was not pleased, I got myself a vanilla nitro cold brew, tasted so watered down, the whole thing was just a crap ton of ice. It just wansnt good never coming back

Iāve been a loyal Starbucks customer for over 20 years, and Iāve never encountered such rude service. On Friday, May 2nd around 5:45 PM, I stopped at this location because Iām pregnant and urgently needed to use the restroom. I asked the cashier for the code, and right away she had an attitude. She told me the restrooms were for customers only, and I explained that I am a customer. She still seemed reluctant to give me the code. When I mentioned that I was pregnant, she rolled her eyes at me before finally giving it to me. After using the restroom, I went to buy a donut, but she told me in a rude tone that they havenāt sold those in a while which I didnāt know. I then tried to look at the menu to see if I wanted anything else, but she continued to glare at me with an attitude. I finally told her there was no need to be so mean, and I walked out. The barista appeared to be a woman in her late 20s or early 30s about 220 lbs and dark skin Iām sharing this because I didnāt see her name. Iāve always loved Starbucks, but this experience left me really disappointed.
