Super poor quality every single time I come they take their sweet time. I’m always waiting 20+ minutes and the lady w the green shirt on May 2nd at 10AM was super rude. Very bad attitude and made a fake man name up for my order when my name is on the app when she scanned for points had me waiting 30 minutes because she put the wrong name when I’m a women not a man. Definitely need new staff this isn’t the first time

I’m a regular here and I’m happy to say I will no longer be returning. Unless you want to feel like you’ve inconvenienced a staff by having to them do the bare minimum (their job…that they applied for and get paid to do) steer clear of this location. They barely acknowledge you and they half ass everything from the drinks…to heating up your food and especially customer service. The location literally gives me anxiety at this point and I can see by other reviews I’m not the only one with an unpleasant experience.

This was the Starbucks I would stop at on my way home - not after this morning unpleasant interaction. I stopped in the Van Buren & Arlington store to get a cup of water because I forgot mine at home, and was told that water was for paying customers only. Then was asked if I had placed a mobile order. Bear in mind, on numerous occasions, I have seen the baristas at this location, give water to the homeless and security. So, for someone who buys their coffee on a regular basis to be told I have buy something for cup of water is utterly unacceptable. To the two barista ladies who turned their noses up and looked me up and down - thank you for making it easier to stop purchasing Starbucks Coffee. Hope you never receive such unkindness as you showed me today.
I went to purchase a late @5:38 am the manager with the name of heather and her employee did not want to give her name , went to buy a latte and my Apple Pay didn’t work and I told then tha I will bring the money later and they sorry with out a way of payment they could not help me and that is okay but what freaks me up I asked for water and they denied they said without a purchase I cannot have water. I guess I’m not going to buy a coffee no more from Starbucks. It is a shame living in a beautiful country like this the people like this works with people and they don’t knowor they’re not that well educated and I don’t get it why I cannot get a cup of water I never gonna stop in any of the Starbucks and get anything else never again. I was gonna delete the app for Starbucks and for now I’m taking coffee from someplace else.. I actually was discriminated by these people and they told me that they were gonna call the cops if I don’t leave because I didn’t purchase anything from this establishment what a beautiful, beautiful place and what a beautiful people I never gonna buy never in my life at Starbucks coffee I’d rather go out there. Another establishment where they treat people the way you’re supposed to be through. They come here. I will never come never in my life. The people were very rude and they actually told me that I don’t if I don’t purchase anything I have to leave and I told him to call the cops and they got they were calling the cops only because I didn’t purchase anything because I was writing a review about then about telling the truth that didn’t want me to write.

I ordered two matcha lattes with dairy free cold foam and when ordering i was a little confused and asked for cold foam made with oatmilk, i meant the dairy free cold foam, the cashier also made the same mistake as me which is fine but the barista behind her was making faces at the fact that both of us got it wrong. both of my drinks ended up tasting like straight milk and were so light in color. such a shame. $13 for two grande matches that are just milk.
