This is honestly my go-to Starbucks. The baristas here are the sweetest and somehow make my drink perfect every single time. They always show love to their regulars and make you feel special the moment you walk in. Super fast service, and you can tell the manager runs a really great team.

I love coming to this establishment because the staff is genuinely welcoming. They also cater to how I like my latte coffee. Which I like with a pinch of salt, extra froth milk, extra hot and if I am staying, in a real mug. They are very attentive. I noticed the rest of customers really enjoyed being here. Some of them I see here regularly. Kudos to Jordan who made my coffee today! I am happy paying a coffee I totally enjoy.

It never fails time and time again when the barista YASMIN is RUDE!!!! You would think after all the reviews and complaints her attitude would change or management would have a conversation with her but it just continues. Plus her drinks are so awful compared to when other baristas make it. Starbucks please do better at teaching your staff customer service because this location just ain’t it. The only time it’s worth it is maybe in the afternoons when she’s not there!

Me and my husband were walking by and he had to use the restroom. I get it's only for customers but feel the employer could have made an acception. I told the guy it's inhumane to refuse someone to use it and my husband had health issues but still said we would have to buy something. It's not like we couldn't afford to purchase a drink when I had 4 gift cards in my purse for Starbucks but my husband did not want to pay to use the restroom when he could use it elsewhere for free.

Super poor quality every single time I come they take their sweet time. I’m always waiting 20+ minutes and the lady w the green shirt on May 2nd at 10AM was super rude. Very bad attitude and made a fake man name up for my order when my name is on the app when she scanned for points had me waiting 30 minutes because she put the wrong name when I’m a women not a man. Definitely need new staff this isn’t the first time

I’m a regular here and I’m happy to say I will no longer be returning. Unless you want to feel like you’ve inconvenienced a staff by having to them do the bare minimum (their job…that they applied for and get paid to do) steer clear of this location. They barely acknowledge you and they half ass everything from the drinks…to heating up your food and especially customer service. The location literally gives me anxiety at this point and I can see by other reviews I’m not the only one with an unpleasant experience.
