I had such a great experience at this Starbucks! Jules and Crystal were absolutely wonderful, and the store manager was just as warm and welcoming. Their customer service truly made me feel valued and energized. Everyone was personable, professional, and genuinely friendly from the moment I walked in.
My order was taken quickly, and the service was impressively fast without ever feeling rushed. It’s clear that this team cares about creating a positive experience for every customer.
Overall, a fantastic visit that brightened my day. I’ll definitely be coming back! ☕✨
I was there at 4.30 when they open , and they were barley getting inside , I had to go to work and couldn’t get my coffee SMH

I’ll give it zero if I can. The drink is filled with us, I finished the drink before I can even returned to the car. And when I asked about it, they said I ordered the default version and admit that the drink is just full of ice. (It is just like that, she said). And the service has been nothing but awful. I paid money and I paid tip. They won’t do anything even if I am upset about the quality of the drink. I live 100ft away but I’d rather drive 5 mins than coming here again.

Hello everyone,
I find it upsetting that I even have to come on here and talk about this. Yesterday around 5 p.m., my dad and I — who live in the area — stopped by Starbucks. I don’t really like putting my personal business out there, but as a young woman, we go through natural cycles. Not by choice, but because that’s just how life is.
I asked my dad to please pull over because I urgently needed to use the restroom for personal reasons. When I walked in, I politely asked a worker named Jules if I could please use the restroom. Her response was, “Are you planning on making a purchase? If so, I can give you the PIN after your purchase.”
I was shocked and didn’t know what to say, so I walked out and told my dad. We’ve always loved Starbucks, but this was really disappointing. My dad went back in, handed another worker, Mateo, $20 and said, “Buy whatever you want—just please let my daughter use the restroom.” Mateo insisted it was company protocol. It wasn’t until my dad basically announced that I was on my period that Jules finally opened the restroom door.
That moment was humiliating for me. I’m a young woman, and while my dad and I understand company policies, there’s a line between following “protocol” and simply being human. We have to remember that not everyone’s struggles are visible — there are people with hidden illnesses, elderly individuals, or others in need who might not have money to make a purchase but simply need a restroom.
What will a billion-dollar company really lose by letting someone use the restroom?
I’m not writing this for a free drink or a pastry. I’m writing this for those who are too shy or embarrassed to speak up.

It's not a welcoming place. One of the employees is quite rude. This is the second time he wants to give me my wrong order. I always order a cold drink and he always makes it hot. When I tell him I asked for it cold, he gets upset and wants to blame me for his mistake. I don't know his name, but he's a man with a beard.

the drinks are awful every time, they have a terrible atmosphere inside and the staff has negative energy and aura here. they don't welcome students and they dog you if you aren't in and out which is insane considering they are down the street from UCR. they cut outlet plugs if you stay here longer than they would like you to. we definitely need a panera who aren't nothing like this in this area to shut this greedy corporation down.
