This is one of my favorite Starbucks to go to. Now there's one on the 60 and Box Springs and I go to that one as well. Never dissapointed with my drinks. Only thing is they don't accept bills larger than $20 . 🙁

Amazing location the baristas are always so friendly and my order is always done before I even pay.. manager Day and lex always start my morning with positive vibes ,make me feel like a VIP here lol . keep up the amazing work ladies

Poor Service and Disappointing Experience

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but my recent visit to this location was a complete letdown. I waited over 20 minutes for my coffee, which might have been understandable if they were short-staffed. However, when someone who ordered after me got their drink first, it was clear there was an oversight.

When my order finally came, it was incorrect. I politely asked to have it remade, only to be told to go back in line to reorder—completely unreasonable given the circumstances. One barista offered to remake it, but another intervened and handled it carelessly. They dumped out the whipped cream, spilled some coffee, and slapped on cold foam without adding the cinnamon topping I had requested. Not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience.

What made this even more frustrating was seeing other customers who had their orders messed up receive free drinks as compensation. I didn’t want a free drink—I just wanted my order done correctly.

The only reason I left without further complaint was that I didn’t want to waste more time there. I’m looking forward to the new drive-through Starbucks opening in Canyon Crest, hoping it will offer the efficient and courteous service this location failed to provide. This Starbucks seriously needs to step up in terms of organization, accuracy, and basic customer service.

Mind puzzler

Rude. Didn't greet me at all, sounded weirdly hostile and completely checked out when taking my order. Didn't even ask for my name. Took like 20 minutes for a small drink at the least busy time of day. They obviously did not want me here at all.

As a daily Starbucks customer I would like to bring the following concerns to your attention regarding the Canyon Crest location.

•The cleanliness of the location is not to Starbucks standards.
•It felt as if our order along with everyone walking through the door was a bother to the team. (12/22/24 - 2:20 pm)
•I asked for the mangers name because as a manger myself I would like to know if there is anything my team can improve on. However, I was met with “she’s on vacation.”

I like the place. Unfortunately, the girl working the night shift on 12/16 at 8 PM was extremely rude. At first, I thought she might have had a long day or was in a bad mood, but she ended up chatting with the next customer. I don’t understand why she was so hostile toward me. I’m leaving a one-star review because of this. I have posted the comment on the website and will gladly update the rating if the issue is resolved.

I met up with some friends nearby and decided to grab a dirty chai to stay awake for the drive home. The service was decent, and the place was clean. The dirty chai was surprisingly delicious! This Starbucks is in a charming part of Canyon Crest in Riverside, and I’d definitely come back!

Honestly I’m giving one star bc they never fill up your cup all the way. Every time I’ve ordered from here there’s about an inch of empty cup. It’s a corporate coffee shop, who is being that cheap that they’ve started skimping the customer?

People that order online will wait the longest. I watched as people who ordered their drinks at the counter, received theirs before me. One customer was waiting before I got there, and told me, he had already been waiting 20 mins for his "Order Ahead" items.
