This Starbucks is one of the best-run locations in Riverside. The team here is consistently friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming — even during busy hours. My drink was made perfectly, and the baristas handled the line with great energy and professionalism.

The store itself was clean, well-stocked, and had a comfortable atmosphere whether you’re stopping in to work, meet someone, or just grab a quick coffee. Orders move quickly, but you never feel rushed.

It’s clear this location has strong management and a staff that takes pride in what they do. Definitely a go-to Starbucks when I’m in the area. Great job, La Sierra team! ☕👏

After spending 6 hours in the Kaiser ER parking lot waiting for a friend I drove over to this location just as they were opening. It was so nice to be greated by bright and cheerful employees at 4:05 am on a Sunday. I was probably the first in the bathroom and it was spotless and shiny. My chai tea late with soy was the best I've ever had. I hope me taking a phone call at the register didnt come off as rude, it was my friend in the ER. Id be happy to visit this spot again.

Had a great experience. Went through the drive thru....Isaac was my barista... he's really cool.

You guys started out well filling my cup. Now all my hot ventis I'm receiving are half to barely 3/4 full. Almost 7 bucks for half cup, no thanks. Make Starbucks Great Again

I got 2 hot chocolates, when you're going to pay they ask for tip and then my chocolates where half empty. 12 dllrs for 2 half filled drinks ridiculous!

I’ve been going here almost daily since they opened, sometimes twice a day (it’s excessive I know) and I have to say my experience has been totally different to what’s described in the reviews. The baristas are kind and personable, and consistently make great drinks! The drive through is a little slow during busy hours, but if you order pick up or go in they are pretty quick no matter what time it is. I’ve probably had over a hundred drinks from this location and only 1 time did I get a drink that wasn’t great (which they promptly and happily remade for me). Also if you’re looking for a Starbucks that has a nice indoor space to work and doesn’t feel crowded, this one is newer and a great option. Shout out to Lily she made me a great drink last time I was there, all the baristas do!

Not sure why this Starbucks is so slow… The one down in Pierce is much faster but I thought to try this place out because it’s new. I placed my mobile pick up order at 2:22pm and my order was ready at 2:46pm. Shouldn’t take long to make two drinks and reheat a croissant… and my croissant was cold even when I requested it to be warmed :( Not sure if I would recommend this Starbucks if you’re on the way to work, or have to be somewhere after…….

Do not come here! Just drive to the next SB or even Dunkin which is just up the street as well. I was so thrilled when this location opened! But it’s horrible. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes even if it’s only 4 or 5 cars. I am currently at 18 minutes and there were 5 cars ahead of me and still one left. The drinks are also never consistent. Won’t be successful for long like this. Update: I got to the window at 28 minutes and she hands me a drink and says “on us for the inconvenience” but it wasn’t even my order. She said it never got rang in. Absolutely ridiculous.
