i went one day ordered the frisco melt....small sandwich,,and only one patty? extra thin fries? on my second try,,,the wife got me a three patty burger...not bad and the chili fries?????you dont use nacho cheese on chili fries...with beans no doubt....id rather have a fat burgers around

Food was OKAY. I've had better burgers, Shake was descent, fries were not great and it was overpriced for the quality of food. It an awful experience but not a place I will be going back to.

Now that is a tasty Burger! Steak burgers and more! Eat here if you get the opportunity. Nice old fashion menu. Clean and friendly dining room with excellent service. I like eating in the dining room because it's so comfortable and cute. I especially like the fact that the music is not very Loud. You can really enjoy the music AND your conversation.

I remember I first went to a Steak n Shake at this location shortly after it first opened. The parking lot, drive thru, and dine in was very busy. For a long time driving by I would see so many cars and people. Fast forward to today and when I went there was no one. Parking lot was empty, 1 of 2 drive thru was blocked off, and no one at the drive thru. I ordered a cheeseburger and it was soaked in oil. The oil went through the wrapper and through the bag. It made an oil spot on my table. The taste of the burger was not that great either. If this is how they normally make their food, no wonder business is not doing so good.

Their wait time for shakes is an average of 5 minutes.. way too long for a drive-thru. Don't get me wrong, they're good are shakes but if everyone in line ordered a shake it would take forever!
