Ordered online at 4:30 was supposed to be ready at 4:55 did not get food till almost 5:20. It’s funny bc they were able to take in 4 walk in order before completing mine and leaving my sandwich out in the open. Time wasn’t an issue but coulda been more considerate then thing that did rub me wrong was when I ordered their new nachos and when I got there was told they don’t sell it there anymore and was given 3 bags of Doritos. Overall terrible survive which sucks bc i usually come here and it’s close to my place. Also idk what they did to my sandwiches but the bottom was wet and slimy.

Hello. I was turning around at the Subway in Riverside on Chicago and University. I saw a white girl with blondish-brown hair in a Subway uniform smoking a glass pipe by the dumpster while a guy in regular clothes was taking out the garbage around 9:44 pm. I called the store manager and he said there is nothing he can do because he doesn’t have a camera back there. So don’t go to that Subway at night; the employees are on drugs. I was able to make a Yelp review and a complaint with the BBB.

Exceptional and exemplary customer service and quality of food. Coming into the business today just before 1pm I was already having a good day but was somehow able to have it made even better by the kind and genuine atmosphere displayed by the workers at this location. From the person that they helped before me to when they came to take my order they were quick, efficient and made everything to perfection. May whoever reads this commend the workers for their service as it one of many important factors that make this Subway my goto location.

I was going in to order a sandwich for lunch. I walk in and a very large German Shepard was lying down spread out on the floor!!! I’m terrified of big dogs. So I turned around and walked out!!! I was hungry , I went somewhere else??
