This wasn’t a great experience at all.. I always order through the app to collect points, but I still like to walk through and build my sandwich with the associate ..the associate said it was ok …a guy from the back comes through speaking in Spanish & the lady that was helping switched the bread but we continued building the sandwich .. she did not double my meat or cheese per my order & what I paid for .. .. the bread was as hard as a brick once I actually touched it… all in all I should’ve took my business elsewhere as well as my tip, the food & customer service was not up to par … they weren’t welcoming at all & I tipped based off of my request not the service what so ever .. & she even seemed bothered to provide me with change to leave a tip

Worst Subway I've ever ordered from place an order online somehow they rerouted my address back to their address delivery was not to me but back to them called them to help me and all the response I got from nothing I can do go to Subway website does nothing no support no nothing I'll never order from here ever again

I’m really upset that the put up all the chairs before 730pm, when closing is at 9pm. Not fair for people that want to dine in. When I worked at a restaurant the time we closed was the time we cleaned the dining area.

Always have issues with this location. Place an order for pickup and was charged for it, but they did not receive it. They proceeded to tell me they don't have an order so I have to place it again. They did not care that I had been charged, they had a very much "not our problem" vibe. Order would not go through again on the website, kept giving an error, so I couldn't even place my order again (and I was using reward points and a coupon hence not ordering at the counter). They did not offer any help or solution, and proceeded to completely ignore me, they also did not offer any solution on how to get a refund.

I ordered for curbside because I do public safety and carry a firearm so I wanted to avoid going inside before rushing to my next call. I'm assuming since I didn't tip for walking a bag of food over to me they forgot half my order. If I didn't see the hesitation of her handing me my food after seeing I was public safety (knowing she didn't out all my food in there) I'd say it was an honest mistake here but my gut tells me otherwise. Anyways, not here to get anyone fired, just didn't want anybody else getting ripped off by entitled young ones.
I was blown away by thier smile and kindnessBut their service was even better I was out the door inless then six min no more then seven ...you don't know how good that is especially when your on half hour lunch....it took care of my belly and thirst in no time ...I recemend it to who ever on their lunch break....
