I ordered a tuna sandwich and a turkey with cheese guess the cheese got lost in the mail and I ordered a cookie, stale as a rock. The tuna sandwich was good though.

I Came In Today And Was Greeted By A Young Man Names Misael. He Was Very Professional, Patient, And Helpful When It Came To Picking A Sandwich.. Even With Being Here By Himself And Run The Store Solo Dolo.. He Was Very Interested In Myself Having A Great Dining Experience.. I've Ran Into Him Before And He Is Very Consistent! Give This Kid A Raise! Btw, Sandwich Was Out Of This World! 10/10

NO BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SOUP EVER!!! Franchise owners only have 1 associate and 1 manager working the line... and the manager is doing the subs.

Came in, with family waiting in the car, to pick up a quick sandwich for the road. There were 3 people in line and it ended up taking minimum 30 minutes to order my sandwich. Girl behind the counter was nice but only one person working and it took FOREVER! The wait dragged out because unmade mobile orders kept coming in and would cut the line and would have their sandwich made first. This is unacceptable.

I have an hour lunch it took half of my lunch hour to get served only one employee making sandwiches with 4 people behind me then two more employees walk im assuming one was a manager but they didn’t help until 5 minutes later the worst service
