Today 4.23.24 I was unimpressed and disappointed. This location has a four star rating. That’s why I chose to come here. A few nights ago they ran out of the breading for the wraps. Today they have the wraps, but apparently did not pull them out of the freezer so again they’re unavailable. Instead of a solution, the lead or the manager just kept apologizing, didn’t help. The last time I came in the young man working gave me the Wrap in a bowl and a discount for my inconvenience. So I bought another one for full price. It’s just frustrating to find an establishment with a decent rating and great people only to return and not receive the same service they brought you back in the first place. Leaving here and going to another location.

I was there the first time. When I got there there only one older Mexican woman working and there 3 other customers in front of me. When she got the two young teen and she was just beginning the veggies process, a Indian girl show up for work. When she walk in, she got a I don't want to be here look. Now I been waiting for about 20 minutes. She got in, she When to the cash register and not taking my order. She stand there for for about 4 minutes, while the Mexican lady doing veggies for two sandwiches. The Mexican lady then ask her to check the bread cooker. The Mexican know she should of taking the customer order, but she doesn't to say it. Doesn't the Indian girl just got raise to $20, why is she act like she don't want to work? Maybe she too stupid and not know about it. Someone need to inform her

Ordered through door dash. Paid $14 for a sandwich that was no bigger than the palm of my hand. It was lukewarm.

Both employees working June 18 at 8 pm were both rude. The lady did not wrap my wrap well. I asked for ranch on the side she gave me less than half the cup, when I asked for another cup she gave me even less.... And seemed annoyed. I'm not sure if it's because I didn't tip but she then threw my items in the bag without care.

The staff was curt. Bread was stale. Minimal ingredients. I always order the same sandwich every time I decide to eat at Subway. This was by far the worst sandwich I've eaten from this chain. Go to another location.

I come here pretty often and normally do not have an issue. However, I do not appreciate being given attitude for showing up 5 minutes early for my order. When told "you need to give us a few more minutes" I stated that was fine and quietly waited. It seemed as if I was being scolded when the employee said bluntly "we have earlier pick up times". Yes, I understand but emergencies happen randomly and it is not a crime to pop in a few minutes earlier to see if by chance your order is ready.

I am not a sandwich person but was craving one for some reason. I was a bit nervous not knowing what to get but they have several selection sandwiches without having to order your own ingredients and that was nice.I ordered my sandwich then saw they had soup, ordered myself a cup of broccoli cheese soup which was way too salty and the crackers were stale. The sandwich was good but was too much food didn't finish it all.

After standing their for 45 seconds staring at each other (well me staring at her and her staring at everything on the counter and floor), the lady had the audacity to say "can I help you". I responded "oh we're ready, good to know" what is up with these people lmao. Anyway their out of eggs for the flatbread breakfast sandwich, I should know better than waisting my time when I see no one else in the place.

I will be leaving this exact review at a few restaurants in the same center. But if your restaurant is going to be included on a delivery service I would think that you would be able to provide a decent place for a driver to use the restroom. I just don't think you should invite someone into your business even without an order and not provide a place to take a break that's decent. Shouldn't have had to go to target when I work directly with all of these restaurants.

This place needs to retrain their employees and teach them customer service. I went in for a black Forrest ham foot long. There was a girl making sandwiches who appeared to be busy and some guy came from the back and started making my sandwich. I was in the phone and didn't pay attention to how my sandwich was being prepared. This guy has to be the laziest guy ever! First off he didn't add all the meats that go in the sandwich and just grabbed chunks of ham and put them on the sandwich. This guy needs to get fired because he obviously doesn't want to be there. #WontBeComingBack #TheWorstSubway
