There's more mayo on the turkey sandwich than turkey. There were 2 slices on a full subway... is the team skimming on meat with the customers and taking it for themselves? Also, the cashier reminded my husband he needed to tip her in the transaction.

I accidentally ordered an online pickup order at the wrong location and the employees did not want to refund me or cancel my order! They said they could not do anything about it. I didn’t even get the sandwich meal to be clear and they still don’t want to do it. This sounds like stealing from a customer. I’am very disappointed with the service here and I will be filing a complaint with corporate and with my bank !

Came in to get a sandwich and was told it was closed for lunch....Subway closed at 2 pm for lunch? Seriously? So your telling me a lunch spot is closed for lunch...makes no sense.

They finally reopened! The lady that helped me was really nice and made my sandwich perfect and neat. They only had white bread and no toasted since they just reopened.
I had trouble with them being rude. I asked for three rows of tomatoes and lettuce..simple and they put all kinds of stuff I didnt want... then didn't take them off...and the tomatoes were green... This place is so convenient but it is not worth the irritation of paying for something you didn't want and what you did want is bad..

WORSE SERVICE and I work in the service industry. There is a very long line and that I get.. but I know they never have soup available which is another reason why I am reviewing them. *HEAVY EYEROLL* I try to ask her if she had soup and said sorry ma'am you're not next. I asked her again I just want to know if you have soup and she literally shook her head and said no. The most disrespectful response ever. I wish this place would finally get shut down they barely have any workers they're understaffed all the time and they never have effin soup. Neither are they 24/7 like they claim to be.. even before covid. I live very close to this subway so I am completely disappointed every time I go every single time I advise you don't get this ampm subway please.
