No matter what you do online order ahead or walk in doesn’t matter it’s always one person working
And they have online orders delivery orders and on top walks in
They never schedule enough people
Multiple times I do online orders wait for it to say ready to head over to the store and still have to wait 35 minutes on top of it being said ready???

Store is ALWAYS dirty they never have drinks in stock and will sale you a cup and they say OH were out of everything. They run out of food often and the staff is always rude and unhelpful

WORST SUB WAY ON THE PLANET
I don’t think I can remember a time when this specific location wasn’t out of something weather that be chicken, Steak, and BASIC sauces. I hate that this is the closest subway near my house. Please someone CORPORATE do something about the shortage of ingredients !! There is no way they don’t get enough in shipment for them to ALWAYS be out of something.

I have came to this store several times already and every time I come here there is only one person working it is honestly unacceptable that I have to wait almost an hour for one sandwich just because you only want to have one person working by themselves. props to the only person there that works alone

Today we received the best service from our sandwich artist. She was friendly and very nice. The sandwich was made picture perfect and The rotisserie chicken with there chipotle aioli was delightful and fresh. The place was very clean and organized. Next time I think I’ll give their churo’s a try. But overall it was a great experience. Keep up the good work!

Another victim of inflation. The sandwiches shrunk an unreasonable amount and staffing is one poor person handling all online and walk in orders. I wish the owner wasn't so greedy.

They supposed to closed at 9pm and I was there at 8:30pm to buy subway for dinner, but to my luck was closed 30 minutes before closing time.:(

This subway is by far the worst subway I've ever been to. I ordered online and went to pick up my 3 footlongs at the time the app said, when I got there they weren't ready the guy said he didn't have the bread I had asked for so I told him what I wanted to have it substituted with and he started making the subs then stopped helped another customer went back to making my subs didn't toast them didn't add extra mayo like I asked, he definitely doesn't know how to make subs all the ingredients were outside the bread it was a horrible experience never going back.

The employees are nice. This is the third time I've had to walk out the store and go next door to the little Mexican restaurant. I was the only customer in the store but they take way too long with those online orders. I give myself 20 minutes to order my sandwich and walk out the door to be on my way to work and that's not enough time . I don't want to have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for food that's to go. It sucks it's literally down the street from me. It's not the employees fault they need more workers. Not going anymore.
