Today we received the best service from our sandwich artist. She was friendly and very nice. The sandwich was made picture perfect and The rotisserie chicken with there chipotle aioli was delightful and fresh. The place was very clean and organized. Next time I think I’ll give their churo’s a try. But overall it was a great experience. Keep up the good work!

Another victim of inflation. The sandwiches shrunk an unreasonable amount and staffing is one poor person handling all online and walk in orders. I wish the owner wasn't so greedy.

This one is my local, very close to home Subway. Last week, my husband stopped by to purchase a sub. He ordered one with wheat bread. The bread was stale. He realized that until he was home sitting down eating it. I called Subway to complain but nothing was done about it. The manager wasn't there. I meant to go back the next day with our receipt but I didn't have time. Next time, we will ask if the bread is fresh.

The employees are nice. This is the third time I've had to walk out the store and go next door to the little Mexican restaurant. I was the only customer in the store but they take way too long with those online orders. I give myself 20 minutes to order my sandwich and walk out the door to be on my way to work and that's not enough time . I don't want to have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for food that's to go. It sucks it's literally down the street from me. It's not the employees fault they need more workers. Not going anymore.

I came in today around noon (8/13) and was shocked at the line that was building up. I saw a young lady working very hard to try to get customer's orders done as efficiently as possible. Unfortunately she was the only one on shift. If you are reading this thank you for pushing through a nightmare of a shift and also for doing my mobile order when you could of easily cancelled it. As for the management team get it together, someone on the management team should of showed up and filled in the role. There's no reason why there should only be one person on staff. You're lucky to have that young lady working that hard because anyone else would of just quit. Do better management.

I was there today 8/13. I was surprised to see a long line and only one employee. I decided to wait anyway mainly because I didn't want to drive to a different location. The young man, Quincy, was amazing! I could see how stressed and overwhelmed he was but he still kept his composure, worked as quickly as he could, all while providing excellent customer service and even managing to make small talk with the customers. Not once was Quincy rude despite being slammed with customers, mobile orders and the store phone ringing nonstop! I don't know how he did it, but he deserves a raise! Shame on management and the owner/s of this location for having someone work alone on a weekend. Management if you see this, you are lucky to have this employee! I hope you are compensating him fairly! And Quincy, thank you for providing awesome customer service and making a delicious sandwich! You are appreciated! 1 star for the owners and 5 STARS for Quincy!

Used to be my favorite place ever, but in the past two years has gone way down hill. The employees clearly don't care and don't seem to know anything about decent customer service. There's rarely more than one person working at a time and they are so slow. Very sad to lose my favorite restaurant but this place is just depressing now.

Absolutely sucked. Sucked. Sucked. Sucked Had to wait 15 minutes just for the guy to make us an order. Horrible. He kept giving us stares. Clearly understaffed. He needed to make 5 sandwiches before we ordered which we get but it's horrible service. So understaffed. Horrible service. NEVER come here.

Person didn’t wash his hands and I mentioned it and he called another person to assist me.Well, that was ok but, this other person put so much salt in my sandwich that I needed to throw away my sandwich.So sad.

The girl worker that worked may 25 around 7-8 needs a reality check. She was rude and had the ugliest face plastered on. She didn't even wrap my wrap and and didn't speak a word throughout the whole service. I'm surprised she was ever hired because she is clearly a miserable person
