On February 7th, my wife placed the wrong order at this location. Not even 10 seconds passed when my wife called and told them she wanted to cancel the order, to which the girl told her yes it was okay and my wife asked for the money and she told her that in 3 days the money would be returned to the account, to which she said ok thanks. It's now February 19th and the money has not been returned yet and right now I'm going to pick up a sandwich and explain the situation to the person in charge there, to which he tells me in a few words that if my wife did not ask for the name of the person or we do not have that information, the money cannot be returned. If I return something to any store I go to, I don't need anyone's name to get my money back. Only if I have a misunderstanding with an employee, then I do use their name, which was not relevant, but this Edgar guy there is the most rude and coarse guy and has a shitty attitude and gives me a number that they don't answer. The only thing I warn you about is to be careful with the orders you make online because if something goes wrong, the money will not be returned to you. They are thieves and scammers. He needs more then me keep the money and God bless you!

Let me start with the beeping noise that wouldn’t stop, it was making me go insane because my stomach was hungry and all I could think about was the subway sandwich and all I heard was beeping beeping beeping. Right when I walked in I walked in like about 10 minutes after my order said it would be ready and she just started making it right when I walked through the door. She was cutting the bread and then she put half a pound of mayo on each sandwich. Worst subway ever i’m so mad.

This is the 5th time I’ve ordered an oven, roasted turkey sandwich, and being charged a titan turkey, which is two or three dollars extra. Beware of what you’re being charge. I confronted the girl on my third time last time I went in and she did change the amount. I wish I got her name so I can call her out for the extra charges she makes.
