the bread is always hard. when i go to other subways its soft. the guy that works there i think named evan is terrible at making sandwiches and wanted to charge me for extra cheese and it was the tiniest amount ive ever seen. they dont charge extra at any other locations ive been to and they sometimes havent at this location when evan didnt make my sandwich. evan would pick up food that had fallen and put it back on the sandwich. gross. not to mention flies everywhere. seriously considering just pretending this subway doesnt exist. the sandwiches always seem to taste better ANYWHERE else. also the churros are disgusting and disappointing. honestly only good thing is the chicken and cheese dipper. but i can get that at a subway that doesnt leave the bread out to get stale.

Don’t bother ordering a meatball sub after 7pm !!
They will cancel your order. Made a mistake ordering online happened twice already. They don’t want to make a meatball past 7pm . had online up for 9pm and got notification of canceled order 14 mins before pickup time.

Poor senior management at this location - caution for anyone bringing their families or small children here. Employees replaced normal music with uncensored bad music. Sadly a growing trend, posting in all places that play vulgar music that would offend little ears.
Edit update: 2pm in the afternoon, employees still haven't taken out the flat bread, it's still frozen, left it in the freezer. In the 20 minutes I've been in line waiting, several people came in and left because the wait was too long. One employee making sandwiches, other employee in the back cleaning. No sense of service.

Have eaten here multiple times. But today 1/22 was the best service I have ever had. The woman here when they opened, Mary, gave me the best customer service I have had in a really long time. I will go back to that amazing atmosphere.

Food not fresh store is dirty and guys in the back took forever to come out and take my order. AND THE cheese I ordered on my sandwich was old AF. Floors and tables was Dirty Af guess there is no management to supervise employees.

I've been coming to this subway for the past seven months and never had an issue. Not sure, what the other reviews are talking about. The service I received from Jasmine was excellent. She was sweet, friendly and very attentive. Thank you!

Got there 45 min before closing time and waited another 15 min, the lady closed the store 30 min early and told me she didn't have enough salami so I said it's fine whatever she had but she said she couldn't make it like that. Wasting my time and got nothing with another 20 min left before closing.
I placed my order online, it would be ready to pick up at 5:32!! I arrived and there was a young man alone who had nothing prepared, another worker arrived and it was the same, I waited half an hour for him to make them, I asked for my money and they canceled and they ignored me and gave me that terrible food since they prepared the first one by one and second they were the worst????

They are delicious, they took a while to serve us, (perhaps due to previous orders) even though there was no one in the place. They speak Spanish and English, the chairs were on the tables (like not available for eating in), but it was fine and it was 60 dollars for 5 Subway.
