They give me the wrong bread so I call it in to get it remade, no big issue. I show up as they pull the sub from the oven and I notice they included cheese which was never in my original order. I point out their mistake but instead of making it for the third time, due to their 2 mistakes, they tried to continue the sub and say it was my fault for the second sub being wrong. They tried to lecture me about ordering properly but the whole reason I was there twice in 10 minutes was because they made a mistake.
Both people in the store were very rude and unprofessional. Learn some accountability for your actions and act your age.

I ordered online for pick up for 11:20 am I get there at 11:30 and tell the lady making the sandwiches I am here to pick up my sandwich and give her my name. she proceedss to tell me that going to start on my sandwich I say ok but then she is making 3 other sandwiches and when she finishes at 11:40 goes to hand me the 3 sandwiches and I inform her that is not mine and I repeat my name and she turns around and picks my sandwich of the counter and hand it to me. Typically, I would be ok with that but I ordered for a specific time so I can make it on time to work. I wish she would have paid more attention when I said my name when I arrived for my pick up. I sat there and wasted my time and drove like a maniac to make it to work on time. Please be more careful and more attentive when someone speaks to you.

Went to buy a sandwhich and use a coupon. Asked if could use and was told yes as soon as finished phone order. 10 minutes later when ordering was told could not use for sandwhich I wanted. Also could not use for any philly steak, Italian or any sandwhich that has roast beef. My only mistake was asking before ordering, next time will just order and if they don't want to accept coupon will be on them. Instead I just went to another subway who had no issue with coupon or what I would order with it. My new subway of choice.
