It took 30 minutes for me to order 2 cookies and the lady is perfect but she needs help it should be 2 people working here it’s always busy an takes a long time because there only one person to help

They had us waiting for almost 25 min just there standing while they completed their online orders instead of helping the people in line. Terrible service. Hire more people or something. We ended up leaving.

I used to run a few subways back so many years ago and the food tasted great back then. This is my first time in a while that I have eaten here and I wished I didn't. The food is not all that great now like it was back then. The service was great though and very polite. I would not recommend because how the food tasted.

Never dissatisfied at this particular location. Staff is friendly and make really good sandwiches wish I had gotten a chance to take a pic of my sammy before I scarfed it ? this has become my favorite subway location because of how well they make my sandwiches. I made sure to tip my sandwich Artist I really appreciate the love they put into making my food, Excellent! I will continue to patronize this location A+

Walked in had one person in front of me. When my turn comes she says your gonna have to wait for a long time because I just got an online order for 3 sandwiches!! That is unacceptable! Half my lunch waiting to be told that pretty much the online order is more important than a customer that has been waiting!!! Never going back, keep helping your online customers cuz apparently they are more important than the actual customer in front of u !!!

Got coupons last week went to use them today and was told they don't accept them. I've always gone to that store and used them. Manager was rude and seem like he didn't care for helping the customer. I've never had a problem before.

Not open at the time stated been waiting since 8:55 now 9:20 not open says they open at 9 . Went again at 9:27 open lights on girl just said she wasn't ready nothing was ready and the systems down. I work nearby I just think how we try are best to be prepared and some places just don't do the same very upsetting.
