The lady that did my sandwich looks and acts miserable. She was completely ignoring me from time to time because she was busy talking gossip. And i told her that i wanted my sandwich toasted and she nodded and then proceeded to ask me if i wanted it toasted smh.

6 hours later and im having diarrhea. Do not eat here since they dont know how to be clean. Ik it was their food cuz its been the only thing Ive had today

Been coming here for 17 years. Lately only one employee on the floor and they look miserable and lacking in customer service. They aren't changing their sanitary gloves when needed. Supplies look low all the time. The only employee I can praise is Ignacio and not even sure if he is still there. The majority of the blame goes to the owner. I won't be coming back.

Ordered from the wrong shop, called 4x to try to cancel, no answer. Subway App not great either when one can’t cancel due to error. This store shows I picked it up, which is also false. Avoid this shop, they can’t even bother to pick up the phone during normal business hours?

Terrible attitude from service member. No smile and veggies doesnt look fresh. Not to mention not listening when asked for size sub. Watched just to see but mentally checked out. Need some serious customer service training and pay attention to details. And in rush with non busy spot. Will not be going back. Terrible service

My husband originally went into the shop to buy us two sandwiches after my cancer treatment yesterday and only ended up buying one. He said the service was so bad, it made him not want his portion of food. Employees were complaining out loud about being short staffed and having to do online orders. I have sympathy for the workers but not if they are rude to the customers who are not at fault for subways shortcomings. My sandwich looked butchered and rationed as if it were coming out of their paycheck. We won't be coming back to this location.

I came to this subway to buy something. It was 8 pm and I wanted 6 sandwiches. The employee told me that she couldn't prepare them because it was a large order and that, due to her boss's orders, she could no longer prepare orders of that quantity. And she had no more clients. On other occasions, the other employee has come and prepared my order. The owners of this franchise should train their employees better.

I seldom get Subway, but on the night of 6/27/25 around 8:40 pm I went to go pick up an online order I had placed about 20 minutes before. One would think, should be about the standard amount of time to have an order ready. Nope, not on my first visit to this location.

There was only one an employee there, and let preface by saying I understand her frustration. My order was not ready, and I had to wait a few minutes for the employee to make it. From the looks of, the employee had been busy and being that she was by herself, shewas falling behind on orders.

While waiting for my food two other customers walked with complaints about there orders. One about the wait time over meatballs, and another about not getting the bread type they requested. Both valid complaints, and the employee without the tools or means to issue a simple refund. All the while the two customers kept pestering and demanding that the employee fix their issues.
None of this is the fault of the employee by the way. They were simply not equipped by their management to handle simple customers service requests. This poor girl was stressed out of her mind, and was making do with what she had, for whatever pay she must be earning.

To the franchise owner of this location, you're doing a terrible job of supporting your employees. Give them the tools they need to handle simple customer service requests, and would it hurt to have two people closing? One could prep while the other makes the food? 1/5

WOW. This Subway located next to Target has the freshest veggies than any other Subway I've ever been to in town. Plus their avocados are perfect with no dark blemishes. I usually order the veggie delight but this time I took advantage of the $6.99 Meal Deal, Sweet Onion Teriyaki Chicken, so tender. The staff here never disappoint. Great food, great service! Thank You Subway!

Dietary restrictions: APP DIDNOT ALLOW FOR TOPPINGS TO BE CHOSEN ONLINE. WENT INSIDE AND SPOKE WITH EMPLOYEE TO CHANGE THE TOPPINGS. SHE REFUSED. I ASKED AGAIN. THEY ALREADY HAD MY MONEY BUT SHE STILL REFUSED TO CHANGE TOPPINGS AND WAS VERY RUDE ABOUT IT!

5 star everything it was absolutely amazing best subway ive ever been to in my entire life the guy eyeballed my sandwich for a good 15 seconds and kept offering to rub his homemade mayo on my sandwich EXTREMELY good service all the bad reviews are trippin fr this is actually the best subway in the entire world and id argue its even the best fast-food chain in the entire UNIVERSE the service was just THAT incredible. 999999999999999999999999999999999/5 stars. Magical experience.
