Two girls working tonight are rude . I stood there for 15 minutes waiting to order only for the couple after me to walk in get greeted and immediately let know that they were only accepting cash . They also said they were completely out of churros & I've been told that the past two times I've gone in. They also said that there were out of sugar ?Please train staff to be friendly and not bring to work whatever issues they have at home. The girl with the blonde hair looked miserable when a sweet older lady was trying to make conversation she ignored her as well.

Nov 7 was the day I visited. So I decided to go and get a subway and get my reward which was a free cookie. Perfect combo for lunch. The 5 stars goes to the person behind the serving table. He was very very attentive, he was very helpful and his service was very good. He was quick and made my order the way I wanted. His name was Jimmy, he deserves a raise and a promotion. Hope the corp or the owner(s) see his potential as a good worker, that to be honest you don't see much anymore. The ambiance in the place was nice music not loud and the place was clean, organized and restock. I will come back and hope Jimmy keeps serving as he does great service Jimmy.

it was an ubereats order. the sandwhich was so yummy :) they also went out of their way to gimme cookies because there wasn't avocado

STAFF IS ALWAYS EXCELLENT! OWNER SUCKS! I swear every time I come in there is only one employee working, owner obviously cares only about profit. Wish he would schedule adequately. Would honestly cut the wait time in half cuz im usually here for at least 20 min waiting

This location closes at 10. I arrived at 9: 40 and they would not serve me. On another occasion I arrived at 9:15 and they begrudgingly served me....evening crew needs improvment.
They do the sandwich with their own will!! They put what they want in my SUB order!! I found it when I get home!! Missing 10+ things! Only tuna in my tuna sandwich! So rediculars!

My experience was amazing. Ignacio took my order and he was just the sweetest even to rude customers. It was just him and a girl doing a whole line it was very busy. To top it off i had a great sandwhich I strongly reccomend this subway!

Always order doordash from this location and somehow something is either messed up, or completely missing every single time. Today it was the chips in our order. This is our final time ordering from this location. Thanks for my sandwich without chips. Again.

I normally love Subway, and I've been to this location before and it was good. However, today was very different. I wasn't greeted or anything when I walked in. The gentleman helping me was so rude. His customer service was horrible. He wrapped my sandwiches very badly. I had to ask him to put stickers on them and he only did one sandwich so my other one was practically falling out of the wrapper by the time I was going to eat it. He didn't offer me any drinks or anything, and just told me my total. He then tossed the receipt at me instead of hading it to me. Really unfortunate they have him on staff when he treats his customers this way...

Told employee in street clothing" owner" ? Said he was not. Told employee I'm waiting on a vehicle across the street. They said ok. Purchased soup so as not to be there w/o patronizing. Checked on car returned, purchased soda and sat in the corner making sure to be no bother or inconvenience. After approx 2 hours I was told to leave premises abruptly. I offered too purchase more food if that was the issue. (There was absolutely no one in the store(camera's) will show). I was berated to leave. I asked had I done anything wrong, I was told we have a time limit, to which I responded "no problem I will purchase another meal. Was told No leave, while what seemed to be relatives of the "street clothing clad" identifying himself as not the owner. Starting giving me reason I had to leave. While "street clad" was yelling to leave I'm calling police. To which I responded your employees are speaking to me and I'm aloud to answer.. So I asked why you would ask a paying person of color to leave. Time limit when I asked to purchase another meal to start said time limit I was told to leave. *The cameras will show I never even exchanged words with any other patron nor spoked to anyone. All while waiting on my car at the many shops in the area

Yeah no don't bother with this place. I was craving a Tuna with everything but in a bowl. I had to throw it away. Every single end of whatever I ordered that was in the bowl the ends of tomatoes , bell peppers, jalapeño's, yellow peppers had the brown or hard part of the item. I didn't get my drink. There's no way of asking anyone to help you because you technically ordered it through the store and not directly through Door dash. I replied back to the driver didn't get an answer. Called the store it was disconnected. This is the 4th time I've ordered off the shops off Arlington. What is going on there? Everything in that area is trash.
