We came in and were helped by a server with pink hair who took our order (tonkatsu ramen, curry with chicken cutlet, and a baked lobster roll). She wrote everything down on her notepad, so we assumed everything was fine. We ended up waiting 30â40 minutes with no updates, so we asked another server nearby. She didnât know our order and had to ask us again. She then went to talk with two other servers, and our original server with pink hair came over again to re-ask what we ordered.
After waiting even longer with still no food, we decided to leave. When my boyfriend went up to let them know, another server asked, âWho took your order?â and the pink-haired server stood there acting like she had no idea who it wasâlooking completely confused, even though she was the one who took it. She didnât take any responsibility and clearly forgot to put our order in for almost 40 minutes. They should honestly check the cameras because she was lying the whole time.
Overall, extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Having someone like that on staff is a negative for the business. We wonât be returning.

Had a great dinner here with husband tonight. Sushi was fresh and delicious. Particularly enjoyed the uni oyster. I also loved that they cared enough to put my nigiri on a fabulous display. It was a special treat! Husband enjoyed the curry with cutlet. Definitely will be back soon!

I ordered the Seared Tuna Salad and found a wet napkin inside the salad. The two sushi rolls were terrible and cold. The Bento Box beef tasted only like sauce and had no real flavor. On top of that, the service was very slow, and no water or utensils were provided. This experience was unacceptable.
