Was in drive thru before 1:57 am and kept saying hello! Trying to place my order. No one answer. Then at 2am they shut off there screen. Poor service. Says on website closes at three smh

I ordered and paid for extra cheese for my Taco and didn't get it. I went through the drive thru, so I didn't find that out until after I got home, and the guy at the window shoved my order out of the window at me and didn't even say thank you. For the amount of money, they are getting paid in California at least is horrible customer service. Actually, anywhere, that's horrible customer service. This wasn't at a peak time either. He just didn't care. When I first started working in customer service, I was taught that without the customers, we wouldn't have a job. That should still be taught...
