I ordered and paid for extra cheese for my Taco and didn't get it. I went through the drive thru, so I didn't find that out until after I got home, and the guy at the window shoved my order out of the window at me and didn't even say thank you. For the amount of money, they are getting paid in California at least is horrible customer service. Actually, anywhere, that's horrible customer service. This wasn't at a peak time either. He just didn't care....

Food was ready in short time. Was hot and fresh. No counter employees, order done on your phone or their screen.

Food is good but service is horrible, staff don’t care to review what you order just call your name and leave the food bag on the counter without any communication. All the time they forget the drinks which you paid for and no sauce offered. Robots working in the place, sad to see this happening in a big franchise
