Crazy how they ALWAYS get my orders wrong!! They always forget to complete my full order, n they just shut the window n try to ignore you, till u drive away. Like no, I'm staying here till you actually give me all the food I paid for!!!

I will go across town to another location from now on, because it has become clear that the management of this location deliberately rips off customers. A few years go when they had the chicken melt wraps, they deliberately halved the chicken tenders that were supposed to be served. I went to other Taco Bell locations and ordered the same thing and they were as expected.
At the time of this writing, they have a limited time special: "steak cheesy dipping burritos" which come in 2s. They are serving one burrito cut in half.

Night Manager Adrianna!!! was very rude was not trying to help us asked for her to please remake a Mexican pizza for us she told us she couldn’t remake it (even tho it was already paid for) told us she can just put the beans n everything on the side we asked nicely again we paid can you please remake it she didn’t want to do it told us we couldn’t get a refund either cause it was on EBT so she didn’t want to remake the food or even try to help the situation instead she felt so scared by me and my husband just talking to her didn’t cuss her out or anything she hid in the corner on the phone she didn’t want to come back out to talk to us then she finally came out from hiding and said she called the police on us not once did we do anything to her but yell because we was frustrated with how she acted was so unprofessional and you called urself the manager she wasn’t listening to us wasn’t tryin to help kept saying smart remarks trying to be funny like we didn’t know what we was talking about felt like Adrianna was racist towards us you called the police on us for asking you to remake our food we already paid for!!! Adrianna is the worst most unprofessional manager she needs to be fired she’s unprofessional and could’ve even giver her full name but of course she records us how funny don’t come here these workers are lazy!!! Girl in the purple hoodie I watched her cough without covering her mouth didn’t even wash her hands they don’t wear gloves when they make the food can literally see in the photo they have no gloves on it’s disgusting this how they serving everybody

Next they refused to accept my order or give me a refund I asked to speak to the manager and when I checked her about it she went and called the police so she’s definitely racist and prejudice against black people I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will be suing

Seems like the workers were doing half a** work tonight.
The burrito mostly only had beans and wasn't warmed up right, the quesadilla wasn't cut, and my gordita crunch had a cold spot in it when I bit into it. Half of it was cold and the other half slightly warm.
Aside from those issues they didn't even have anymore Baha Blast.
The food did not sit right. I ended up feeling sick.
This happened at 11:35 pm.
I do not reccommend eating here anymore until they get it together.

Just wish there were more vegetable options.
Vegetarian options: Needs more creativity. Sweet potato fries with a hot límon salsa dip that has you confused about whether you're having a snack or dessert.
Red cabbage and onions in a bean/cheese enchilada coated in a green guacamole sauce.
Went inside to order Togo order. No cashier and was told I needed to use touch screen to order. I was not going to touch a screen that others have touched, there is still Covid around. Also their shells were a little stale, so not up to par.

They were going pretty fast, she was telling them “Move it Move it, I’m the one that gets to tell you what to do.”. I also witnessed a guy with gloves scratch his back and proceed to touch the food. 2 stars because the food is super good.
