Food was good music is extremely loud, cannot even have a conversation, even the staff is unable to hear customers. Absolutely overwhelming with the loud music. Asked staff to please lower the sound they stated they were unable to lower it. But the Music got louder and louder Honestly will not come back here to eat . Very disrespectful makes me feel like this was racist act

This store should honestly be ashamed of their performance. As someone who has worked plenty of fast food jobs in the last few years I understand being frustrated and handling orders with less care than others when the customer is rude or difficult but to be this downright disrespectful and have such a blatant disdain for your work just tells me that you shouldn’t be working there or anywhere that deals with customers at all for that matter. I understand me adding 3 extra potato tacos at the end before paying may have “inconvenienced” the workers but i apologized MULTIPLE times and i was very polite when asking and polite the entire interaction even though the cashier was very nonchalant and dismissive from the start. I can tell the cashier was mostly just tired so it wasn’t really an attitude problem but the main issue was the condition of how i received my order. SOMEHOW, I ended up with more toppings in my cinnamon twists (which had no cinnamon by the way) than in the tacos I ordered!! The tacos were haphazardly thrown together with all the toppings basically either just thrown in the wrapper next to the tortilla or measly portioned on one side of the taco. The nacho fries were somehow both dry/rubbery and soggy at the same time which is mind boggling because they also were scalding hot in some spots and ice cold in others. I’ve been to some bad taco bell’s especially when my sister worked at a different location but come on this is BEYOND ridiculous. At least my burrito and drink were somewhat decent. was a bit scared to even eat it/drink the drink because of the service. I don’t even like making reviews usually but holyyyy this was just straight up disappointing.

not even kidding my doordash order from here had a gd alive ant in it. disgusting. last time i doordashed from here it took 1.5hrs too i wouldn't have even gotten it again but i can't exactly pick the location when door dashing. this place is a filth fest, has lazy workers, and is a disgrace.

Usually very quick service and the food is fresh. They almost always forget 1 thing from my order. Always check your bag.
Stopped by after work just to get home to a burnt crispy chicken taco. Whoever made the taco had to have seen the chicken was inedible and still put it on the taco. Chicken was so hard I couldn't even bite through it. After a long day of work i didn't want to go through the hassle of driving back for a refund. Total waste of money.

Opposite of fast food. Went on my lunch break at 1AM, had to go back to work hungry at 1:30AM and there were cars going around and heading into the street. Ordered ahead on the app and can’t get a refund from the employees. There were about eight people standing outside and some genuinely dumb employee was just chatting it up in there and not responding to the front take out window. People eventually also left from there. Also seeing the reviews that are recent that the food was bad, I probably would have been left disappointed. Waste of time and money and will probably earn you a three day trip to the toilet.
