Went to this Taco Bell on 8/3/2025. Waited over ONE HOUR for my order. I only ordered 4 items! I would try to ask for an update but the employee will ignore me or give me a vague answer such as “in a moment”. On top of that, there was a cockroach in the dining room area. Overall this was a very horrible and disgusting experience at this Taco Bell!!

I've been trying to contact the supervisor due to an incident that happened on Monday 07/28/2025 around 8:30pm... I witnessed how a manager was treating some employees, she was being really really rude and there were a lot of people at the tables that heard also, to my opinion thats not a way to treat the employees at all, it's so unprofessional for Taco Bell to have managers treating employees like that. Since I couldn't contact anyone at this store I contacted HR to let them know of the incident I witnessed.... Feel really sad for the employees and shame on you Manager

I’ve been a regular customer at this Taco Bell location for several years, and I’ve noticed remarkable improvements in the staff’s attitude and service. In the past, the experience was often slow and disorganized, but the new team has truly turned things around.
One standout employee is a young African American gentleman who consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic and professionalism. He’s always proactive, keeping the dining area clean and engaging with customers in a friendly, respectful manner. It’s clear he’s dedicated to his role and has a natural leadership presence.
There’s also another Real young Caucasian team member who is equally friendly and courteous, making each visit pleasant. The overall atmosphere at this location has become much more positive and efficient.

ALWAYS long wait in drive thru! Ordered nachos bellgrande substitute chicken for ground beef and LITERALLY 5 pieces of chicken NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!!! for sure TOO EXPENSIVE!!

I just went here not only did I wait a long time for my food. The food was trash and cold like it’s been sitting there. I ordered a Pepsi and it tasted like straight water. Killed my whole appetite. Now I’m freaking pissed. My whole night is ruined. The girl needs to stop flirting with the cooker and needs to change the soda machine.
Also, I don’t know why you guys offer rewards on the app if you can’t even use them in store.
