I am an Uber Eats driver. Just a while ago I got an order from here. I got that order in 50 minutes and the behavior of the employees was also not good. Their manner was not good and I was repeatedly asking for my order. They were not even talking I have been doing this job for a very long time, but I have never seen worse service than this. I have also worked at a store before. We used to respect everyone a lot. We used to say hi hello to everyone and the employees here behave as if they are doing a favour to the customers.

Their customer service sucks, especially the 7-10 pm team. Why have an option to pay with cash when they won’t even get to counter to accept the payment. It wasn’t even busy.

Atmosphere yesterday's drive thru was full of rude ladies . Trying to start arguing.
First they're laughing on the intercom, then tell you to wait a minute. While there's only one car in the front.
Start rolling their eyes, start complaining about their job and how hard it is.
Service was horrible. The person working said they didn't have garlic steak fries anymore on the menu, even though it said it was new to the menu with a picture.

placed an order on postmates and my driver called to tell me they had no black beans for a chalupa about 15 minutes after i placed my order so i said it’s okay they can use what they have or take them off. About 20 minutes more pass and my driver is still not on the way meaning my order is not ready. It is 3am and i’m sure there is no one waiting in line either.
