So I placed an online order it took the money but then said there was a problem with processing my payment. I went in and asked for a manager was I honored for well over 20 mins until a lady came in that spoke English. She basically told me I have to wait for a refund and I could pay AGAIN FORmy order but I ordered online exclusives and she would not honor the price. Yeah I WILNEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!! Not one person spoke English and only served drive thru the lady in front of me was inline inside for 10mins before me and was ignored. SO UNPROFESSIONAL I WILL BE CALL CORPORATE!!!

Everytime I order from the app they deliver from this restaurant and they always mess up my order!! I ordered today and they called saying they didn’t have ground beef, that if we wanted to substitute for chicken or something else. What kind of restaurant that mainly has ground beef on their menu doesn’t make enough?? Definitely done ordering from the app because at this point I rather drive to a different store

I usually don't get bad reviews but I'm going to have to with this one. I used to work at Taco Bell and they are not portioning out their food right for one. For two it smelled like they were burning the hell out of something in there and for three to top it off there was a security guard sitting in there coughing, hacking up a lung and being very disrespectful saying very nasty and vulgar things and it was just not pleasant to be there. I'm very disappointed with this location.

The food is tasty as always — I love their tacos and quesadillas. But the slush? Definitely a big no. It’s way too sweet and just tastes like a bunch of syrup. I actually drive farther to another location just to get a good slush because this branch never gets it right. I really hope they fix the recipe or adjust the syrup amount — it ruins the whole experience.

Don't order food online and pick it up. You will literally wait 20 mins before you even get acknowledged in the dining room. Then you have to wait another 5 mins to get your food. Probably some of the worst customer service at this location

I got side orders of chicken and the container had only 3-4 pieces practically empty. The one on Arlington has better service.
they always have quick and efficient delivery, with hot food when it gets delivered. wonderful staff especially at night. thank you night crew taco bell 🖤

Rude employees!! I was ordering at the drive thru and they pressure you to order fast also I got to the window and pay and the cashier told me to go around , I was waiting at the main entrance and the guy came outside and asked me that why I didn’t go to the drive thru again ! And he was holding my food also before he gave it to me he told me that he can’t come outside to handle the food ! 🤦🏻♀️ that he can get fired , I wasn’t going to the drive thru again to pick up my food that I already pay for ! They continue to get orders wrong and give the wrong sauce.. I had asked for the diablo sauce and instead received mild and hot with no work of them being out of diablo... It's like ordering a crunch wrap and getting their dry chicken nuggets
