I don’t know why I keep making the same mistake and keep visiting this location. This Taco Bell location sucks. The service is absolutely terrible. They don’t even acknowledge their dining room. As if it doesn’t exist. Then when somebody decides to come by, they give you an attitude. This is my first time where the food matched the terrible service and this is why I’m finally writing a review. I ordered the luxe box through the app to avoid visiting the dining room. I picked up my mobile order through the drive through. When I got home I saw that my food was very poorly served. I couldn’t even see the beef in any of my items. I also ordered light ice in my drink and got extra ice instead. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

Terrible customer service, writing this review in this restraunt. 7.10pm 27 Oct 2024. Looks like there is a shift change and my order got messed up. First of all there is no napkins outside. They didn't give any napkins and did not give me the sauces I ordered thru kiosk. I was asking for the napkins, the person made me wait for 3 minutes. And realized they missed my nacho fries, I wasn't attended for another 3 minutes and to fix the order they took another 4 minutes. terrible customer service. For another order for my friend, they missed the medium drink. Had to wait another 3+ minutes to get that order fixed. Terrible customer service 😞

My husband questions our order 3 times. I know because I was on the speaker phone while he was in drive thru!!!! This is the second time our order was not even close to our order at this location. What I don’t get, paying employees 20.00 an hour and they can’t put an order in!!!!! But we pay more!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had to drive back 15 miles in total because they forgot an entire combo, then giving me an attitude as if it was it was my fault they forgot it. When I got home my whole combo was poorly wrapped and one chalupa didn’t even have a wrapping. Avoid this place. If this is what they do over customer complaints, imagine what they do to the food?
