What i don't like about these places anymore, is paying over 22 dollars on a meal and still being hungry!! I got a pastrami sandwich and it was smaller then the one I got the other day for the same thing. I got full then but today I was still thinking of making dinner! I used to put half in the fridge! This is a good way to lose customers! Make the things you always buy, smaller then it used to be and charge more.. I can go to a sit down restaurant get quality food for less then half the price! I hope these places go out of business with this bad care of customers! All fast food! I'll go to a real restaurant next time! I don't life being ripped off!

The food is good here but drive-through service is bad. I always request extra items with my food like roasted jalapeños and they always forget to add it to my bag. This already has happened three times. Sad that I couldn’t enjoy the food, the way I wanted to.

Tam’s was a great find. After hiking Mt. Rubidoux, I stopped in for the first time and really enjoyed it. The food was good, service was quick, and the place had a cozy vibe. I’m definitely glad I dropped in.

I ordered the 3 piece fish and chips plate. I was told they don't have fish and chips. Just a 5 piece fish dinner. Ok I got home the French fries, onion rings and zucchini where cold the garlic toast was hard as a rock. And I was not given any tartar sauce. Last time I will go there again.🤮

This place has gone down hill in Food quality and customer service, I ordered on door dash and when I got my food it was all under cooked, the hash browns were raw, barely cooked on the outside, bitting into raw potatoes are gross, bacon was undercooked which is bad cus it's pork, when I contacted door dash they didn't seem to care, just had an oh well blah blah policy and no refund, I contacted tam and spoke to a lady and was assured that my next experience will not be like that and will remake my order. Before getting tams again I called to make sure I would get my food remade, I spoke with Fernando who said he was the manager and asked twice r u the manager, his customer service was horrible and he was rude, I explained the situation and had to argue back and fourth with this person about getting my food remade, what kinda garbage customer service and experience is this? I was just told no worries I would be taken care of when I first called then this rude person, I'm never giving my money to this place again, whoever owns this place should know that your losing customers and your manager and employees (cook) don't care cus they still get a paycheck no matter if you lose many customers, this place could be way more profitable if the quality of the food and the customer service was top notch. My friends also agree that this place went down hill. a banner that says under new management will be the only thing that brings me back to this place, sad that me and my family spent so much here but not anymore.
