This has been the restaurant for my family for decades. I can say confidently that it is my favorite Mexican restaurant, as a Riverside native. This is a family owned restaurant, ran by some of the nicest people you will meet and the food has never been less than perfect. You will not regret visiting Templo Del Sol. I recommend the Jonathan Sampler with extra tacos and the albondigas soup!

My dad has been coming here for years and I finally got to go with him for the first time. The food was INCREDIBLE, so flavorful and delicious. The family that owns it are so welcoming and came over to talk to us while we waited for our food. They are also affordable which is not something you encounter too often now. Will be coming back as soon as possible!

Arrived at 11:30. The dishwasher greeted us about 10 minutes later. I was thankful we weren't in a hurry. Food served hot and delicious. I had a carne asada torta!

This was our first time here. Staff was very nice. We ordered food to go. My wife ordered a asada burrito and it was the size of a taco bell burrito for $14 and it was salty. I ordered a Asada plate with no pico with flower tortillas . I got plenty of pico and no tortillas with my meal and it was salty to me and I love salt. My meal was the size of a child's plate. Very disappointed spent $45 for a meal and didn't even get full.
