Green Shaker by Ten Ren

First time here and I have to say, I will definitely be back. I didn’t recognize anything on the menu so I was skeptical but it was so delicious & their prices aren’t bad at all, either.
I should also mention that the young lady that helped us provided great customer service as well. She was so nice and even helped us with recommendations on what we should order since we were new to this cuisine.

They made my drink wrong. Put a pound of sugar, I was drinking straight diabetes. Never met more rude people in my life. Gave me so much attitude and aggressively placed my drinks down. I felt like a burden and it was really shocking to see such bad service. So unsatisfied!

This place is so good- I love their braised pork rice and their braised pork dry noodles and their matcha milk tea. It’s super good! I also think their staff is very lovely and deserves a shout out! They have a lot of variety in both drinks, apps and entrees so that’s definitely a plus to them as well!

They have a variety of tea boba drinks to try from. I had the beef noodle soup and it didn't disappoint. The udon soup was good too. I will be returning to try more options.

I love this place. I used to come here when I was a UCR students and was under a different name. It was nice coming to this place again, the food and drinks were amazing. I had a lovely experience ❤️ I was with a group of 6 so we tried different things and all were tasty. Good size portions as well and very nice staff that were very attentive.

This place is absolutely amazing and our customer service from My was phenomenal This place is so clean and the atmosphere is so peaceful.Love Love Love will be back very very soon.

I wish I liked the food more because overall, I had a great experience. Wasn't busy when I came in, and I was quickly seated. Staff are some of the most attentive and friendly I've seen, especially in these college town places.

I had a mango black tea boba, and it was pretty good. They have a huge drink selection, and it all looks amazing. I will probably return to try their drinks.

The actual food was quite mediocre, unfortunately. I ordered the wonton soup, and it was very bland. It needed more soy sauce, black vinigar, hot sauce, something to enhance the flavor of the soup. The dumplings were overcooked mushy and falling apart in the soup while also being quite bland. Nothing tasted bad, however the flavor was not there. Also, I ordered this soup because it was advertised as spicy however it is not at all even one with the lowest spice tolerance can eat this.

Something that really annoyed me was the fact that the bathrooms were REALLY dirty. The interior of the restaurant was clean and modern but the bathrooms were gross, which makes sense because according to the staff cleaning log, no one had bothered to check the bathrooms despite being open for hours and being slow.

I would have rated lower but due to the fact that I want to come back and try several of the drinks off the drink menu. And because of the nice attentive staff I'll keep it at 3/5.

Best beef noodle soup ever! I've been looking for a go-to place for beef noodle soup and I finally found it. Good portion size for the price. Flavor is strong, the braised beef is so tender, and I don't know how they make the pickled cabbage but it is so so delicious. Place is clean and service was excellent. I will definitely be coming back here for the beef noodle soup.

Every time I eat here, my stomach feels uncomfortable afterward. I’m not sure what the cause is, but I don’t have this issue when eating at other restaurants. I hope the restaurant can check the ingredients. Overall, the experience is quite good.

Food is amazing! Came here with my homegirl and then brought my bf( we eat alot of Asian cuisines) and he loves it. We also tried the drinks , I had matcha 10/10 he had a strawberry juice 10/10.

Staff is friendly and attentive.

The food and teas 😋 are delicious! All the staff are very bubbly and attentive to make sure you get all what you want promptly and keeping you content :) The portion sizes are generous considering the prices are really affordable 👌
