If you've ever wanted a casual drink with your friends in a calm environment, all while being served by a staff who remembers your name and face, come to The Brickwood. This is one of my favorite spots to go and relax, and I'm never concerned about having a good time. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is very relaxed, and the drinks are good. This has been one of my go-to spots, and will continue to be for some time.

This place is straight Rad! The atmosphere is… like it’s amazing bro. It’s it’s cool in here, It’s super cool in here. The beers are really good. I had the Second Chance - fist full of gummies fruited sour. Angelica had the Rogue - berry blonde. But you know with a 24 tap options you’re almost certainly gonna find something that you’re really gonna enjoy - right here in downtown Riverside chillest location very discreet signage out front and a very cool spot to hang so 1000% recommended don’t even think about it come in here. Have yourself a beer and chill out.

This place is so cool. With it's eccentric decorations to mismatched table and chair compilations, I felt absolutely at home here. Definitely my style. The atmosphere is cozy, comfortable and unique. The decor was pleasing and inviting. Our bartender was very friendly. Since I stopped drinking, I am always on the hunt for a good n/a beer. They have a huge selection of non alcoholic beer. I was impressed because most places only have 1 selection. Sank down in my comfy armchair and relaxed. I am not from Riverside, but visit often and I will definitely make this place a regular stop. Very cold ac on a hot summer day!

3.17.25 I’ve been here a few times and had a great experience, definitely with the people working there. Tonight was a different story the dude had a crumby attitude. Maybe this place needs some replacements

Staff is very friendly. Environment is quiet and somewhat low key place. Great furniture art and very relaxing vibe. You are allowed to bring outside food and eat here while having a beer. Only place I go to anymore in downtown Riverside when I catch up with old friends.

Went in on 2-21 for some drinks and the bartender with the beard and beanie was so rude. It was my wife’s birthday and we wanted to celebrate but instead we just wanted to leave as soon as possible. We ordered our drink and he poured them up and lazily pointed to the register for us to pay. The other bartender working saw how rude he was being and told him to be nice but he told him no. He then proceeded to flip him off behind his back. I didn’t even finish my beer and just wanted to leave as the atmosphere was so bad. Great place but this guy is sabotaging the customer experience.
