Came Here And What A Regret Never Again They Said 15 Minutes Ended Up 35 Minutes Chicken was Cold As Hell With No Love and They Have The Nastiest Bathroom Ever Omgosh I Regret and Will Always Regret Ever Coming Here !

I visited The Buffalo Spot in Riverside today and ordered a 6-piece traditional wing and fries combo. Unfortunately, the wings had a strong, foul odor that smelled spoiled and were completely inedible. I had no choice but to throw the entire order away.
Serving food that smells spoiled is a serious food quality and safety concern. No customer should have to question whether their meal is safe to eat. This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
Because of this, I plan to contact the Riverside County department responsible for restaurant health and safety inspections so this issue can be looked into. Customers should not have to risk receiving unsafe food.
I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage customers to check their food carefully before eating. Management seriously needs to address their food handling and quality control before more customers have the same experience.

There was a very rude maintenance guy working In the store on January 26, around 12 noon he was working on a urinal in the men’s restroom. He was very rude and inconsiderate. I will never go here again.

Every time I order food here, it is always fresh and the atmosphere is great. Today I was helped by Jaylene. She was kind and very professional! Much appreciated and highly recommend.

Was stopping to get food before driving home from Disney with the family. My son ran in to use the restroom. Staff nicely told him he cannot if he’s not eating there. He came out and told me, so we found somewhere else. Telling an eight year old who’s doing the I gotta pee dance that they can’t use the toilet isn’t the place where I’m talking my family to eat. When will businesses learn is costs more to be petty about your bathroom than it does to just be a good member of the community?

This place is amazing. Always serving quality food, the place is clean, and the service is amazing. I suggest getting the buffalo fries and a hand crafted shake!

Highly recommended! Wings tasted great and cooked perfectly. The sauces were very rich.
Very nice ambience and staff.
Best thing is that the owner must be paying the staff well since the kiosk doesn’t ask you for tip; I wish all restaurant owners follow suit!

They have the best fries ever and the workers are very nice.

Very expensive food and drinks. Very bland fried chicken and dry fries not worth the price. Bread sticks were very small and bland no flavor to it.
